Hello,
I would like to highlight an issue with flipkart
I placed the order on 29th august as gift to a kid (Set of colors) products was delivered on 30th august
Order is: od[protected]
30th august i placed refund request for the delivered product bye to its extreme low and damaged quality
Till date i have not received refund status. Contact centre people kept telling me to wait until pick up is done whenever the seller would. Only then i will get my refund in next 9 days (Punjab centre, spoke to mohit sharma)
Flipkart logistic never attempts pickup, but i receive sms staying pickup was unsuccessful
Recently i learnt that refund is cancelled due to delay by customer, whereas i have no such clue
I again called cust service for help, again the same was advices that i have to wait till the pickup is completed (Which they never attemp) only then they will be in position to help with refund
I am extremely pissed and just need my money, i don’t trust flipkart and it’s logistics partner and sellers

    From my account i ordered an t shirt and track pant in this i have received both products faulty and different brand and product what i have ordered so i have created return request for that t shirt it as been approved but while creating the return request for the track pant my account as blocked and the ekart logictis courier person did not keep pick up due to mismatch of brand and product so kindly unblock my account

      Order not delivered and flipkart asking to pay. Over 1 week and no solution, flipkart giving a run around. Neither cancelling order nor delivering. Customer care supervisors asking more time everyday. It's not they need to deliver items to moon, for God's sake it's grocery. Raised issue on social media as well but no response.

        I ordered teddy bear on flipkart website on 29.08.2019, and paid rs.549/- including rs.50/- for courier charges.
        And they mentioned / promised deliver date is 04.09.2019.
        Product was showing out for on 04.09.2019, but till now i didn't get any call from courier boy, and shipment was not delivered without any proper reason.

        Even i spoke to flipkart customer care executives morethan 30 times, and write complaints more than 50 times, but there is no response from them.

          I have added 19700 to my fliplart wallet on 31st august and then i booked a product but the seller cancelled it immediately after payment is done. So i contacted customer care and they said me to try booking again. So i tried booking product for 5 days (5 to 6 times) even then the seller is cancelling order for no reason. Now finally yesterday flipkart sent me an email by saying they blocked my account. And i contacted support team and wrote hundreds of email to flipkart ([protected]@flipkart.com) regarding this issue. But they never gave a solution and only saying to wait for 2 days, 3 days etc. There has been no proper solution given by them and i dont know what about my money (19700) in wallet. Someone please help?!!

            I have brought marq washing machine of rs 9849 from flipkart. I paid 800 cash and 9049 from my axis bank credit card. Then i have return this product because of not working properly. Then flipkart pickup my return on 16th july 2019. And my refund processed on 21st july 2019. Amount of rupees 800 credited to my bank and 9049 not credited to my credit card as per given date of 30 july 2019 by flipkart. Then i have call to flipkart on 31st july they given me transaction id and said contact to bank. Then i have contacted to bank and confirm and bank said no refund is credited to your account. And continuesly contacted to bank and talk with bank but no refund is credited then i have sent my chat record with bank to flipkart then flipkart said within 48 hrs your issue will resolved. Then after 48 hrs i call to flipkart then again they said 48 hrs. Till 19th july they said 48 hrs but no refund credited to my account, so i call again to flipkart so they said send me your credit card statement we will contact to bank and your issue will resolve within 72 hrs so i have sent all required thing. After 72 hrs i again call to flipkart on 22nd july so now again they given me date of 26th july.
            They are giving me only date from almost 1 month but no refund is credited.

              I have ordered Peter England Men Printed Casual Yellow Shirt 699 by COD then I paid by debit card which was successful and the amount 699 was deducted but flipkart has mentioned the transaction failed and payment mode showing COD 699. This is fraud on flipkart.
              I baught a shoes from flipkart but that was unfit for me. I returns but shows that refund has been already exist on account but I cannot get refund. Then he provide me refund reference number but it is invalid (such a [censored]) what's happning can't understand but still I did not get my Rs.1699.

                I have purchased an article rush a4 notebook color: white size: a4 seller: speedcreation through flipkart.com. On 20th august and received it on 25th august, 2019. Now the product was not received as specified in the description. So i raised for refund and it was picked up on 30th august by wishmaster (Ekart logistics) by ketan thakor (Pick up man). After that in my account of flipkart, it is shown that refund cancelled. Nevertheless, i communicated flipkart many times on 31st august and onwards. They always have no detials and refused to resolve my case. Please sir, help me in this regard as soon as possible.

                I think mostly customer support executives of flipkart selected are foolish and illiterate so they talk always like a joker. I will file a case against filpkart owner binny and sachin bansal. I am also an IITian, but they are running a 420 website. their CSExecutives talk like they are greatest foolish in the world.

                      I did online order of Nestle MAGGI MASALA MAGIC 6.5 GM PACK OF
                      20 Powder 130 g SPICE | MAGGI MASALA-AEMAGIC 6.5GM PACK OF 20.

                      where cost of each unit is 5 rupees in which total comes as 100/- rupees, while online shows the MRP of 149 rupees in which they are giving 9 rupees discount and selling at rupees 138/- . while the actual MRP of the 20 unit is 100/- rupees.

                      here Flipkart is just misleading the people by making the higher MRP and giving discount on that, i have already raise incident with flipkart having tcket no: IN[protected], and they are just saying we are looking into it but till now there is no resolution also as flipkart gives delivery free over 1000 rupees grocery order but they made separate invoice of this and took delivery charges as well.

                      Please have a look into it so that such type of cheating should not be done with the customer.

                        Hi, flipkart did a fraud with me by selling me a 12, 999 ruppes phone with price tag 28, 000. I ordered redmi k20 pro which costs 28000 indian rupees but flipkart delivered me realme 5 which costs 13000 indian rupees which is a clear fraud done by flipkart.

                        I ordered redmi k20 pro flame red 128gb from flipkart (Which costs 28, 000 inr) but i received realme 5 (Which costs 13000 inr). This is a clear fraud done by flipkart with me on a prepaid order that means i paid through my card.

                        The imei number on invoice and the imei number of the wrong product they delivered me matches. (Which is realme 5). So basically flipkart sold me a 13000 inr phone at price tag of 28000 inr.

                        I would like flipkart to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i would have to lodge an fir on flipkart and raise a dispute at consumer court for the fraud it has done with me.

                        I have sent an email to Flipkart Consent team 2 days ago with all the proof images but they haven't even replied me yet or called me back regarding this issue.
                        Flipkart is legit fraud website and If they dont call me regarding my issue in 1 upcoming day, i would be forced to lodge an FIR against Flipkart with a complaint in Consumer Court.

                            Hi, I will explain everything briefly.

                            I ordered a phone from the seller "VisonStar" but the phone's package didn't had proper seal so I instantly placed replacement request because refund option was not available. Last day of replacement was breached so I kept calling flipkart and asked them about the status. After countless call and follow ups they arranged direct replacement for me (phone will be picked up at the spot and wishmaster will handover me the new phone) but again this replacement got request got cancelled.

                            These guys are real psycho. Say something and do something.

                            The worst mistake I did is ordering from flipkart, haven't seen such a pathetic customer support service in my entire life. They keep delaying the resolution date and because of all this mess am frustrated to the core.

                              I have been delivered redmi note 7s, which i have ordered to be exchanged with moto e4 plus and for that i have paid extra 100 rupees (Id no od[protected]
                              But during exchange ekart members from our locality denied to take the mobile just because of 5 mm scratch which is not present even over the screen. So i have paid full 11, 999 rupees.

                              So my query is why flipkart is doing fraud promises to customers.. Reply please.

                                I have flipkart account registered with mobile number 80891xxxxx. Few months before my registered mobile number gets deactivated.

                                The problem i am facing now is that i cannot change my registered mobile number to a new number. Whenever i try to change the old number otps are sent to both the new and old numbers. I am not able find my registered mobile number otp due to it's deactivation. Suggest me a method to change my number to a new number without sending otp to old number.

                                  I have purchased a product from Flipkart on 29th AUG at 7:30PM. The promised delivery date was given as Aug 31st. While I was eagerly waiting for my product, I called Flipkart Customer Service(CS) to see whether it can be delivered early, i.e. 30th. They have told that it will be delivered on the PROMISED date. So, waited till 31st, and to my surprise I neither received any update(on my Order - OD[protected] nor delivered.
                                  Today is 5th SEPT, exactly 5 DAYS from Promised Delivery Date. Still the product is not yet delivered to me. I spoke to Filpkart CS 10times till date, I didn't get a proper response from them. I had even requested them to provide an estimated delivery date so that I will not check the order status everytime. The product is simply being rotated(here and there) within the same ekart outlets. I am so frustrated.

                                  Lastly, I've decided to escalate and requested CS team to connect their Senior Person or Manager. They said OK and kept me waiting for 10mins.
                                  Now I am literally FED UP with Flipkart and their Service. So, complaining here.

                                  I would urge you to assist in this regard. Attaching screenshot for reference.

                                  I just got a call from Flipkart - They are demanding me to cancel the order since it was sent to different location within the same State. Also, they cannot assure when it is going to be delivered, if it is not cancelled now.

                                  What the HELL!? Is this how you behave with your customers? I don't understand why would I have to cancel it when it is NOT my Fault. Looks like they wanted to put blame on me in the name of wrong address so that I will cancel. I had made them very clear that "NOT MY FAULT". I had ordered multiple items on Flipkart on the SAME address and never had such issues.

                                  The REASON for not being "easy" here is - I was monitoring the product(looking for availability because of interest in specific Color - Blue)on Flipkart Portal for more than ONE WEEK since the product was showing OUT OF STOCK all the time. Ordered one fine day upon availability. Now, after all this traumatic experience I don't want to cancel it.

                                  I was told by one of your colleague that the Order will be delivered within 24 - 48 Hours. Then why the hell are you guys irritating me again and again to cancel the order.

                                  I would request you to not set bloody expectations to customer when you cannot deliver things on time. I see a lot of complaints here..

                                  Just got a call from Flipkart Customer Support. They say - Sir, your Order will be delivered within 24 - 48 Hours.
                                  Don't know how many "24 - 48 Hours" they need to deliver a single product.

                                  Flipkart - Do you Seriously understand what's happening? or Are u simply bluffing around?
                                  It's been more than 10 DAYS since the promised Delivery Date.

                                    Hi, i have been facing an issue with my flipkart account for a number of months now. Whenever i try to login, it says login unsuccessful, please try again in a minute. But, i have still not been able to login after repeated attempts. I have to ask someone else to order stuff for me because of this issue. Please resolve my issue so that i can continue shopping on flipkart.

                                      I request to return my product. I get improper product from flipkart they didn't help me out with my concern. I'm waiting more than 1hour nd every time i called customer service i faced unskilled, and untrained people make me regret dat i called them, they always give excuses - said the delay was happened because of the issue between the product policy?? Customer support system actually they don't know they r not sure how to resolve problem everyone lie stop saying sorry, and start fixing your customers' issues as quickly as possible.. Not expect this frm you.

                                        After becoming flipkart plus user my account has been blocked stating that i am purchasing for reselling which is not true & without getting clarification from my side, i am using the flipkart from last many year not for me but also to purchase goods for my family, friend, relative, colleague & my company's support & housekeeping staff as i am from it department in one of the tata company & people approach me being a it person to use the technology & suggestion on online shopping.
