[Resolved] Flipkart — fake hp pen drive product | |
Ordered a hpfd750w - 32 gb usb 3.0 utility pendrive, instead got a hpv210w -32 gb usb 2.0 pendrive. After a few days experienced problems with it. So took it o nearest hp service centre. They told it is a fake product. Reported the same to flipkart. Flipkart says that the return period is only 10 days. Since it is more than 10 days, now they cannot do anything. Verified Support May 30, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a concern stating that he has received a duplicate product and wants the correct one. As the product was out of return policy, requested customer to visit service center and get a confirmation. Closing the case.
