[Resolved] Flipkart — fake loreal product

Received a duplicate product from flipkart, and now they wont return because i have opened the same. I called the customer service and spoke to jitendra and pratik, and they said they can help me. Twitted flipkartsupport, but got only one response, and nothing post that.

The texture and smell is completely different, and i have verified this from a loreal professional beauty salon, who have the original products.

I ordered : loreal paris absolut repar lipidium shampoo with mask (X 3)

Ps: i also authenticated the qr code online, and it pulls a different product.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer told that she received fake product and she has also used it so she said that she wants to return it but since it is not possible to return as she has already used it, hence closing the complaint.
