I had ordered an iphonee 6s on 17th october and since then an urgent delivery request have been given. And i have personally talked to the executives of flipkart on a daily basis and they said that i will get the product by 20th since i have a flight to catch. Firstly promising that i will receive the item should not be in practice. Secondly functions of flipkart has seen to be diminished overtime

    I ordered 2 selfi sticks on date 17/10/2017. Both are received on address 20/10/2017.

    Both sticks were not working while attaching to phone, its not capturing pictures at all. I tried to attching it to various phones, but with none of them it worked fine. I am highly unsatisfied with you product and want to return it & want my money back. Plz do the needful.

      I have ordered vu 39 inch fhd led tv from flikart on 24th sep 2017 with order id od[protected].

      I got tv delivered on 2nd oct 2017.

      As per the committed date by 4th oct it was supposed to get installed.
      However after waiting for 2 more days and no installation was done, i contacted flipkart and they gave false commitment of 10 oct for installation.

      I placed a return request out of frustration on 10th oct 2017, for which with 18 hrs i got a call for uninstallation of tv, which was not yet installed, hence the gut didnt come at all.

      I started getting calls for installation from 13th, though due to electric supply was not there in my locality he didnt come.

      Since there was no action on either installation or uninstallation, i agin contacted flipkart to atleast to installation or take back tv and got resolution date as 17th oct.

      On 15th i received call from flipkart team and convinving me to get the installation done, i agreed only one condition that since the installation was delayed almost by 20 days i may need a fresh invoice wef from installation date and not from the purchase date as i may loos my warrenty period of 3 weeks.

      Even after that there is not action from flipkart, today on 20th oct i again contacted flipkart for the status update nd got the date of 25th oct 2017.'

      The purchase date is 24th sep and till 25 oct flipkart is unable to provide service to the customer.

      I have purchased this tv on credit card, and i converted tv bill into emi at 15% roi, of which has i have already paid one emi on 13th oct, in that who is responsible for interest i paid to credit card and for the trouble that caused to me.

      Closing the complaint is not the solution. The delay was from Flipkart side.
      Why Flipkart wants user to suffer loss and delays in services.

      Flipkart is providing old invoice of 24th Sep as purchase, though TV is not installed yet. The invoice should reflect installation date to cover proper warranty. Flipkart is not ready to provide revised bill with installation date, here i will be again loosing one months warranty on my TV.

      Asking for compensation is correct as because of Flipkart i have lost my one months D2H subscription also. who is responsible for that plus I also lost warranty of by Stabilizer which i purchased from amezon.
      Flipkart is still reverting even it's being 28 days after purchasing the order.

      Disappointing reply from flipkart team.

          Dear sir,
          I prakash nayak purchased a mi a1 on flipkart & it delivered me on 27.09.2017. But after that i found some problem in mobile so i request for return & it accepted & they give me technician visit date on 07.10.2017 & mobile deliver date on 14.10.2017 but on 07.10.2017 i wait whole day but no one came then again i call they gave 09.10.2017 but at that time also no one came i call them again & they told mobile will be delivered you on 11.10.2017 but it cancelled again. When i called them they gave another date 14.10.2017. Ok i get a call on 15.10.2017 from ekart logistic for deliver the mobile at that time the delivery boy found the imei no of mobile is mismatch. Kindly find attached snapshots of mobile imei & invoice imei. Because of difference imei courier man not delivered the item. This their mistake that they left a 0 (Zero) on invoice. Then i called them on 15.10.2017 they told us your issue will resolve within 20.10.2017 & deliver the mobile within this period but today when i call them they again extend the date to 24.10.2017. It almost a month & that people harassed me so i request you to kindly take action them & resolve my issue asap.

              I can order oppo f3 plus on 14 october 2017 product expected delivery date is 23 october but courier person want to deliver product on 18 august but i not deliver product on this date because he told me on 7pm on 18 aug to deliver product. Then i told flipkart executive to change my delivery date on 23 august he said ok. But product automatically cancelled by courier partner of flipkart on 20 october at 2:19am. So please me and slove my problem

                  I, jigar m savla, had ordered lenovo k8 plus under exchange offer on 14th oct2017 through flipkart in the diwali sale. The delivery of the product was expected on 18th oct 2017. The product was out for delivery on 18th oct 2017 however the courier partner denied to deliver the product saying that the product is not as per flipkart's exchange policy. The exchange product is in 100% working condition and the hardware of the product is also intact. However there was a minor crack on the edge of the body of the product as it is having a polycarbonate finish. Apart from this the product is genuine.

                  Thus the incident was escalated through customer service and i was assured that the product won't be returned and will be delivery will be tried. I was being asked to wait for 3 days for resolution of the same. I have been calling multiple times and every time i was assured that the product will be delivered and a proper resolution will be given. I also offered that if the exchange product cannot be accepted then i am ready to pay the differential price.

                  To my amaze today morning i. E. On 20th oct 2017 when i checked the status of the product it is showing that the product has been returned and refund is processed for the same. Have also got messages and emails that the courier partner has returned as have not accepted the delivery whereas the fact is that the courier partner was not ready to deliver the product. The case was also under escalation and was also assured that a satisfactory resolution would be provided.

                  Is this the service from flipkart. A very horrible and pathetic experience with no empathy for the customers, failed customer service. Definitely will be moving this to consumer court as there was no consent from me to return the product.

                      I have always been a blind supporter of flipkart. But flipkart proved me wrong this time. I have been using a lenovo phone (Bought on flipkart) since 2015 which got damaged due to some reason. So i ordered lenovo p2 (Grey) on this diwali sale on flipkart. (Order id - 0d[protected]
                      Within 3days it reached my nearest hub, 8days before the promised date. (Good job ekart). Now the status is showing "undelivered due to shipment damage” which may happen in transit and i completely understand that. Readers please bear with me. The story is about to get interesting. So i called flipkart customer service toll free number. They told me to cancel my order and place a new one in order to get my phone. Now the thing is the phone i ordered is out of stock and no need to say got a hike on its price as the sale is over. So to conclude, in order to get the phone i will have to wait for the phone to be in stock and purchase that in the original price (Obviously more than what i was about to pay) or buy another phone which was not my priority or choice because i don't have a phone right now. I know flipkart will give me the refund for the phone. But what about the phone?? Any explanation flipkart?? I want the phone i ordered and that to in the price i was about to pay.
                      *i would like to say... The phone is"flipkart exclusive"... (Sarcastic laugh).
                      Now this is for you flipkart...
                      I am a very understanding person.
                      I understand that you have a tie up with lenovo and the phone isn't available elsewhere.
                      I understand that the shipment may get damaged during the transit.
                      I understand that the phone is now out of stock due to"heavy"demand.
                      I even understand that i will get the refund so my money is in safe hands.
                      Can you please make me understand one thing?
                      Due to who's fault i am not getting my phone? And why should i sacrifice the phone for that person? (I don't want the answer"luck")

                          Hello sir,

                          Good evening.

                          I am drafting this email to bring a notification on delivering faulty mobile phone to me during bbd sale.

                          I purchased galaxy s7 mobile phone during the bbd sale. Within a short period of time i have noticed many issues with the phone.

                          So i have raised a replacement request for the faulted galaxy s7 mobile within 2 days of delivered date. Based in the request a technician visit happened to my home. He agreed with the problems. He informed me that he will let know about this to flipkart. But later i didn't knew what happened and flipkart rejected the request. On the same day, i called to flipkart and created an escalation for the issue.

                          It is going to be nearly one month no action has taken against this. And every time you are postponing it to other time. Later the executives says me that they cannot take any action against because of your term (10 days replacement policy). I never accepted for the replacement rejection and while the escalation is on pending status how should they inform me that?

                          Is it fair to behave like this? A complaint registered within your replacement time schedule but no body working on this. It is completely your fault on not keeping the promise on time. Every time it is getting postponed to different date like october 2, 6, 10, 13, 15, 19 and now 21.

                          I am facing serious battery draining (Even in mobile standby mode, 1% of charge drains for every 2 minutes of time), mobile overheating with normal usage and now there is full vertical pink line has been spotted in the display. Already complained regarding a pink color issue in mobile and now it has been extended. But i was informed it was normal. It is not normal and extended to complete vertical pink line on mobile display.

                          When i checked with the service center they told me to contact flipkart to replace the mobile phone. I am totally frustrated and it is not possible for me to go here and there for this issue. I am so much of tired speaking to your executives to explain my problem again and again to different persons whenever i am calling to get to know the status of the escalation.

                          I need a proper solution for this. I am not giving any false information. I am trusting flipkart when comparing to other online portals. After this issue too, i bought many items to my family and friends. I am asking you for a replacement of this faulty mobile phone.

                          Hope you understand and take this issue serious at least from now. If anything is hurting which i was told, i am sorry. I am expecting positive reply from you.

                            My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activating
                            My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when i enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
                            Pl solve this problem vastly

                              I have been tryung to lodge a complaint foe return request and the customer care people are not calling back. The product have 10 day replacement policy and i am worried it may cross the date.

                                I have order the phone on 25th sep 2017. This phone was delivered late i. E. On 03rd oct 2017. Phone display was not working which was delivered to me. I have lodge the complaint to flipkart customer care & they informed me that our engineer will visit, will check the phone & than replaced it. Engineer visited on 15th oct 2017. Phone should be replaced on 18th oct but still this has not happened. I have called several times to flipkart customer care & got several false promises. Almost 1 month following on this issue but there is no resolution. Now i am tired following up with flipkart company. If i will not get the resolution within 2 days then i will file complaint in consumer court against flipkart company. This is totally a harassment to the customer.

                                  Sir, i brought lenova k6 power from flipkart, it hava a problem o[censored]nable to detect sim, because i complient the your customer care office, they do not give any proper response, and i called your customer care more than 5 times, i not recieve anythe proper information till now, i immediately want a return the mobile, kindly help me.

                                    Hi team

                                    I'm writing this in frustration with flipkart.
                                    I've placed order on 07/10/201 & order no:od[protected] but the product is not delivered yet. Escalated twice through call wherein only support provided is extending the driver due date which is not achieved still.
                                    From outcome of latest escalation today is the delivery due date but no trace of it. Senior executive attended last time is asking me to cancel my order. Is this the way forward if item is not delivered on time???
                                    If i go and check my order in 'track my order' its misrouted within same city for multiple times.
                                    Is this the reputation of flipkart??

                                      The order id is[protected] for which i paid rs 7064. Its a cycle ordered on 24th september the delivery for which was scheduled on 11oct. On 11 oct i got the message that the product will now be delivered by 21 oct. When i tracked the product and spoke to customer care a number of times i was shocked to find that the seller has not yet shipped the product till date. Also i am not able to cancel the order since there is no option provided by flipkart on this order. I am sure product will not be delivered by 21oct and subsequently flipkart will further prolong the date of delivery. This is absolute cheating and case of fraud where the consumer is being harassed and no flipkart has taken no interest and action on the subject in spite of speaking to customer care a number of times.

                                        I have order iphone 7 on 16th oct 2017 the promised delivery date was 18th oct to 20th oct. Today morning i called customer care they updated still seller not processed the order and might not get the product by 20th oct and again they are asking to wait till 23 oct 2017. I tried to call they on 16, 17 and 18 by that time they dint take the complaint... When i called on 19th they took request.
                                        If they did it on 16 itself i would have got my product on time.
