What pathetic service and horrible call center executives. I had placed an
Order for my book palace of illusions and received a pirated copy of the
Ame, on contacting the customer care center i received a call back from
Dawn sawate who is by far the most rudest and horrid executive i have
Poken to, i would sincerely want anyone in the company to read this post
And hear the recordings. He was shouting on top of his voice and insisting
That the product is genuine and that i have no sense to judge if the
Product is genuine or fake!! Seriously? This is how customer care
Executives talk to you? I would want my book returned on immediate basis
And would ensure that this is my last transaction with flipkart, i was a
Happy amazon customer and was a mistake to try flipkart, the least you can
Do is return the book because a replacement would mean me getting another
Pirated copy.
