Flipkart — Fake protien powder, copy of ON products

I am writing to formally lodge a grievance against the seller SuperComNet, operating on Flipkart, who is associated with FSSAI License No. [protected].

On 6th June, I received a product delivered by Ekart Logistics on behalf of SuperComNet via Flipkart. Unfortunately, the product was fake/defective, and there was no option to verify or inspect it under the so-called “Open Box Delivery” process. The delivery partner insisted on OTP at the gate without product authentication.
Most of the delivery man is in hurry just show that product is available and ask for OTP, if Open box is meant that everthing needs to checked at gate, then they should ask for verification about originality on site as well.
