I am writing to formally report a serious issue regarding my Flipkart order.

Payment Status: Prepaid
On 24 January 2026, I did not receive any call, message, or visit from any delivery executive throughout the entire day. None of my family members received the parcel either.
However, at 9:47 PM on 24 January 2026, I unexpectedly received an SMS from Flipkart stating that the product had been delivered, which is completely incorrect.
I immediately contacted Flipkart customer support and reported this issue. Despite explaining the situation clearly, I was informed that the order was “successfully delivered, ” which I strongly disagree with.
To clearly state the facts:
No delivery executive contacted me on the registered mobile number
No parcel was received by me or any family member
No proof of delivery (signature/OTP/hand-over confirmation) was provided
The delivery status shown is false and incorrect
Since the amount for this order is already fully paid, I request Flipkart to urgently investigate this false delivery with the delivery partner and take immediate corrective action.
I request one of the following resolutions as per Flipkart policy:
Immediate re-delivery of the product, OR
Full refund of the paid amount to my original payment method
Please treat this as urgent, as this is a clear case of non-delivery. I request a written confirmation and resolution within the promised timeline.
