[Resolved] Flipkart — false information about the offer | |||
I got an email saying there is a discount of 10 percent on another card available and 5 percent on axis bank card. I ordered the product by SBI card but did not got the discount. When I contacted the cs they showed t&c the condition is SBI offer is not applicable. I would have got a 5percent discount if ordered by axis bank card. IS IT GOOD? Verified Support Aug 11, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, as per the complaint customer stated that the offer for 10% SBI card was not applied, we have checked regarding the same and found that the order do not comes under the offer as per the terms and conditions.
