[Resolved] Flipkart — faulty billion ac | |
I have bought flipkart's billion 1.5 ton ac 18th may 2018. I have complaint continuously about it's less cooling performance after 1 month of purchase and asked for replacement. But they are only sending the service engineers for service and extending its warranty period. Till now i have not received a replacement for it. Fed-up and i am facing unnecessary losses. Jun 23, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 20, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on May 18, 2018, as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. Requested customer to contact brand authorized service for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
