[Resolved] Flipkart — Faulty Mobile Received, Request For Refund, FlipKart Blocked My Account | |||||
On 22nd March I have purchased Lenovo P2 from Flipkart website... Then 23rd March I got this product... After that I have informed Flipkart it's FM and GPS not working... Flipkart told me to update the mobile software and I have done that. Still facing that issue so called Flipkart yesterday regarding replacement or refund... Now I cannot even login to my FlipKart account... And my mobile is restating randomly... Seriously I want my refund and please unblock my account... Apr 4, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart replaced my mobile it is working good now... Flipkart next time before blocking someone's account please do investigate... We are not resellers... We are just a consumer... Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 02, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Replacement has been approved as per the process.
