[Resolved]  Flipkart — Faulty Mobile Received, Request For Refund, FlipKart Blocked My Account

On 22nd March I have purchased Lenovo P2 from Flipkart website... Then 23rd March I got this product... After that I have informed Flipkart it's FM and GPS not working... Flipkart told me to update the mobile software and I have done that. Still facing that issue so called Flipkart yesterday regarding replacement or refund... Now I cannot even login to my FlipKart account... And my mobile is restating randomly... Seriously I want my refund and please unblock my account... What kind of behaviour is this blocking customer account?

Flipkart replaced my mobile it is working good now... Flipkart next time before blocking someone's account please do investigate... We are not resellers... We are just a consumer...

I do only purchase my products for myself... Flipkart show me which products you guys are thinking are for reselling perpose?

Just now I have received a call from Flipkart and I do have the recorded call aswell with me... The guy over phone telling me my account got blocked due to reselling products from Flipkart... And I asked for proof and they told me that proof is for internal use only... And replacement for my mobile is not possible...

FlipKart just called me and acknowledged that it's there fault and they will replace my mobile and reactivated my FlipKart account... Now let's see what happens next...

This is completely lame. Blocking someones account on purpose and not letting them access their own account is not acceptable and inappropriate. If your products and services are so pathetic, improve them instead of simply shutting the users out.

@Flipkart: thanks for the valuable lesson. You are definitely not going to be in the trust zone for your consumers very long
