[Resolved]  Flipkart — faulty sd card

Booked a sand disk 32 gb sd card from flipkart and received on 13/6/2019. With a good hope that flipkart will deliver genuine products. I have thrown away the packing and other things related to sd card. As the sd card found to b defective. Return request was made and on 15th of jjne 2019. The customer support responed on 15/6/2019 and regretted their inability to replace the same with the original packing and price tag. We donot know that flipkart will deliver duplicate and faulty material otherwise we would have kept the packing material intact. At least now flipkart should realise their mistake and replace the item.
