    I had ordered a mobile phone i. E redmi note 7 pro against order no od[protected] on 15th may 2019. I received the delivery of the order on 19th may 2019, but unfortunately a dummy phone packed in a box redmi note 5 pro. I had recorded while i was opening the pack in front of the delivery boy. Also i made a return request to flipkart initially you assure me that you will resolve my problem as soon as possible but after 5 days i. E on 24th may you denied my return request. Again i register return request but again you denied on 28th may and denied again on 29th may replacement request. So, now i have register a complaint in flipkart services but they no response at all.

    Flipkart assured me via email that they will be solve my issue by 4th June at 1:30pm but now it's evening time they don't contact me or giving any positive response ..here I attached email of Flipkart company in which they promise to resolve my problem

    Flipkart assured me that they will short out my problem on 13th June but date is over no any response come from Flipkart ..they ignoring my issue .. please give me justice ..

    My account is blocked from Flipkart and now how I pay my Flipkart pay later dues. they have blocked my account from login.

      Hi. I am unable to access my flipkart account. My account was having 1000 rupees loaded as gift voucher in it. From the first day i have never returned any order also just bcz the company didn't suffer any loss due to returns. But they made me suffer a loss of 1000/- by closing my account. You must allow me access to my 1000 rupees. And allow me access to my account asap.

        Installation and demo was scheduled for 31 of may. But no cantact was made by flipkart. On our call they assured for 7pm of that day. Latter they said till 12 am (Midnight) thik service will definitely will be provided. But it was all fake. The next day they told on our call (They never tried to make contact on their oun. It were we who made contact) thatservice will be delivered on or before 5th of june. After that we were all hopeless. So we stop making calls. Then today on 3rd of june a text msg came saying installation and demo has been cancelled without any reason.

          I have order a cellular mobile phone from flipkart on 28 may 2019 deleivery date 30 may 2019. Wen i follow up regarding the status of my order they said today we will deleivered. But still i didn't get the product. Today i received a call from flipkart in the morning said your product will deleivered in 24 hrs or 48 hrs. I told him please cancel my order i don't want it then he replied that they are unable to cancel the order. They are harrasing me from last 4 days by calling me from different number. And waisting my time. I will took legal action against flipkart regarding this for harrasing and mentally disturbing me.

            I ordered nokia 5.1plus smartphone on 30th of may at flipkart. They approved my order and show the delivery date till 2nd of june and now its 3rd of june i didn't receive any call or message from flipkart or delivery service. And when i called flipkart (Customer service) today[protected] a lady told me that your order has been cancelled due to no availability at your pincode. But flipkart app still show that my product is in karnal (Haryana) at same pincode which i gave to flipkart. If now they cancelled my order so how did they approved my order. If they could not delivered here why did flipkart accept and approved my order. Now the product price goes high its impossible for me to order it again on high price.

              I purchased a phone redmi note 7 and immediately raised a refund as i was not happy with performance. It worked like a cheap duplicate phone, camera quality was poor like 5mp camera and image preview touch not working. The tech visit done 2 times but technician could not resolve the issue and told to adjust with this phone, and said flipkart will refund for this. While flipkart said seller will amke the decision. From last 4 weeks, this back and forth communication is going on and no body is taking the decision.
              I am my an engineer and understand well the difference between genuine and fake product.
              The seller's technician issued a wrong report to his end and my return got rejected everytime, while flipkart everytime asssured that i will definetely get the refund.
              The customer executives are the worst part to be dealt in flipkart.

                Items supplied defective, return request given, after 1 month followup with flipkart customer team. Via mail as well as phone call.

                They replaced items again with same issue.

                Return requested, assured to return pick up and refund amount rs.6599.

                Till date no return arranged. Only date were assured.

                Request kindly help.

It is not any reason to block the account as i have purchased those products for my family and friends and flipkart does not mention that buying products for family is not allowed..                       I purchased tv 11days ago for which i requested replacement due to presence of dead pixels on it for which flipkart sent technician which noticed problem amd agreed replacement but after visit i got mail saying that request was denied, how can they do that likethanks flipkart for this worst experience even their customer support is so frustrating how can they do that to a customer dont they think customer have any rights

                            I had order a pressure cooker from flipkart with next day delivery. However i did not receive my order and got a email from flipkart that your order was delivered. I was at home all time so no chance of missing the order.
                            When i called customer service they told it will be delivered by tomorrow evening. Okay i waited however my product was not delivered.
                            Again contacted customer service they again asked to wait for another day though i was promised 1 day delivery.
                            The delivery timeframe passed, and i kept on calling customer service. However no resolution given by them just telling we are checking.
                            The customer service agent have no info about delivery service ppl, the person who deliver or any others details. They just say logistics team is checking. So it's been more than a week and i did not receive my product neither any refund i can claim. Pathetic experience.

                                I am not received any update about my order which was delivered to me on
                                Yesterday,
                                Da have given it open box delivery on delivery time then we can see duent
                                On the door.
                                So da told it is damaged then we can replace the product and it is not
                                Deceived done by us.
                                After da was gone with product. I. E not delivered

                                You within 24 hours, you are mark cancel order, or we are try to solved
                                Your issue, or you are place another same order, my call drop after put on

                                I want delivery same product without any another place order asap... It is
                                Show as delivery are pending stage.

                                I am not satisfied with your resolution. If you are mark cancel my oder (I am not go with 1000rs) if you want i am place new order then please provide same offer to me.

                                If product was damage and da have not delivered order without my permission then who was responsible da who was not done delivery, flipkart because offer are close or change and seller who was send damage product so why i am face this issue or loss.

                                You told i am place order new and cancel this order but offer are change and you also not know were will come this offer again then how i am place new order.

                                I want this product as per place my order.

                                    I ordered a phone and selected the old phone exchange offer but when delivery boy came he said that your phone is not eligible for exchange offer without giving any reason his name is ashish (Allahabad). Flipkart delivery boys think that they are on top of the world always act rudely. I am attaching photos of my device which i wanted to exchange plz resolve this matter.                                         Sir i want to login my account but i can't. It always shows an error "login unsuccessful. Please retry a minute" or "not able to connect to flipkart. Please check your network connection and try again". And i select forget password it says "forgot flow failed". I also lodged many complaints on flipkart regarding the issue but nobody cares. Calling to cc everyday, but they are just taking complaints but no resolution for it.
                                        The main problem is i have a cashless credit card from flipkart and i want to pay my emi at 15 june. How is it possible for me to pay on time? Pls tell me and resolve my problem as soon as possible. It's realy very urgent sir.

                                        Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                        Let me tell you regarding this order. I ordered only 1 quantity of HP Printer for my personal use and order was confirmed but suddenly next day my order got cancelled so i lodged a complaint regarding this & your executive said that because of technical issue the order got cancelled. After that again i placed an order, by consulting with one of your executive. But all the orders got cancelled & flipkart support told me that it has been cancelled from the seller end. Now, you are saying that i wasn't ordering it for my personal use ? Sorry but it was only for my personal use. I never order anything for reselling purpose.

                                        I have my EMI's to pay into my flipkart cardless credit account within 15th of june, and i am unable to pay the amount without signing into my account. So please tell me a procedure to pay the said amount before the due date, because after that i will not be liable to pay any extra charges (interest) levied by flipkart. Kindly reactivate my flipkart account so i can use your services & i will make sure the same will not happen near future from which your conditions gets void & do the needful.
