Dear Flipkart Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent purchase of a television from your platform. The TV was delivered to me on[protected], and upon unboxing, I discovered that it was in a damaged condition. The screen is malfunctioning with visible lines on the screen.

I have raised a return for the product, but the return is getting cancelled the next day of raising the request. People from the Flipkart team contacted and they agreed for the visit. But no one has visited till now.
After the last request raised. another person called us and agreed for a return visit. But they again rejected the return after asking us to mail to the retailer as they are not picking the return it seems.
I am currently confused with the current situation to whom and where to address this issue. As I as a consumer have purchased the product from Flipkart and I don't have any connection with the retailer.
It is the responsibility of Flipkart team to provide a solution for the same.
