I have made a booking with flipkart travel platform. Money has been deducted immediately, but the booking is in pending state. I have waited for more than 2 hrs, but still no update on the ticket status. I even tried calling the customer care, but the call is getting disconnected before it reaches the customer support. Could you please confirm the ticket and share the PNR details. If not please refund the amount so that I can go ahead and book the tickets from another travel portal. Was this information helpful? Oct 10, 2021 Updated by eluru anudeep reddy Customer support of flipkart has made another booking and confirmed the ticket. Now I have the ticket booking with another booking id. i am waiting since 5 hours money deducted from my. account and its still in pending state since 5 hours .. kindly refund me or give me pnr details so even i can move further
