Dukka Satyanarayana Jeeves technician bearing mobile number: [protected] came for installing ac bought from flipkart.He came alone as a single for AC installation and used us as assistants and stollen connecting wire 3.5 mm which came with the package and sold to us for 800 INR. Not able to change mobile

Hi,
I have flipkart account from a long time.
I wanted to change my mobile number on this account. I tried but it was not allowing me cause i was trying to use new number that already had one flipkart account associated. So i deactivated the account associated with my new number. Still it was not allowing.
Now when i try to reactivate the account with new number. It is showing contact to customer care. But there is...

Every week they extend the delivery. This week also it has been extended. They have the worst customer service. They pretend like they can't hear anything and then disconnect the call. I had purchased both the items from flipkart.But till date refund is not issued.Made contact with customer care at least 50 times.But none of them resolved it. Flipkart axis credit card not received even after 1 and half month

I am an active flipkart plus member. I have got a preapproved offer for flipkart axis card in july 2021. i have applied through flipkart app and Got approval from bank, documents were collected by axis bank employee ( on 17th july 2021). On the same day i have received welcome message from axis bank and mentioned their offers also. Flipkart blocked user account

I am writing this complaint after tiring efforts of 1 year i have been doing to get my account re-activated but the flipkart customer care services are not being helpful at all. One year ago i have placed an order Allen Solly blue heels which was damaged/torned leather condition. I shared the picture of the product and asked for return/replacement. Rather than helping me with the request flipkart has blocked my account and never did anything....

Flipkart travel refund not processed

My flight got cancelled by Airline on Aug 06 2021, I immediately cancelled through Flipkart mobile app and forwarded the flight cancellation proof email to Flipkart travel, till now I didn't get my refund.
I called 15 times to Flipkart customer care, they are saying issue will get resolved in 24 to 48 hours for the past 15 business days, I spoke to supervisor, no use. They are actually not processing my refund...

Regarding Refund of Money for Paylater

Dear Team,

I have been a very old customer of flipkart and I have made a payment of 3260/- for flipkart paylater on 30th Aug 2021 and the money was debited from my account but it didnt reflected in my Flipkart account. So, Once again I made the payment on 03rd Sep 2021 for the same and it took a day to reflect in my flipkart account. But the money that was debited from my Bank Account on 30th Aug 2021 has not been refunded...
