Flipkart — Flight booking still pending

I tried booking a return flight from Bangalore to Kolkata in the name of Anirban Sen. After the payment, it showed pending and is still not showing on my trips. I talked to the customer support team yesterday night and he mentioned that if the trip is not confirmed within 5 hours, I will get a cancellation email that I will get the refund within 24 hours. 5 hours have passed, the money is still deducted and I haven't got any cancellation email. This is blocking me from booking a new flight booking. If the prices increases, who will be responsible for this? Will flipkart pay me the extra amount ? Please help me as soon as possible.
I am not even able to reach out to customer service, I have calling since 5 hours in the morning and it says high volume of calls, please wait. This is unacceptable.
