[Resolved] Flipkart — Flight Rescheduling

I have booked a flight from indigo with travel date 14th April and it get cancelled due to Covid 19. Indigo converted my refund amount into Credit shell but I am unable to redeem it. I talked to indigo customer support they told me to contact Flipkart Travel regarding the refund. Flipkart is unable to reschedule the flight and keep giving me excuses. My booking id is.
