[Resolved] Flipkart — flight ticket booking

I did a flight booking on flipkart travel with booking id: ff[protected] My money got deducted and it shown a message booking confirmed with flipkart and pending with airlines. To much surprise, i received a message in next 15 minutes saying the booking failed. This is very unprofessional to do the booking, deduct the money and then send a message saying "sorry your booking is failed". What i am left with is 1) more than rs. 10000/- stuck with flipkart for at least a week. 2) i need to buy a flight ticket at higher cost as your so called sorry increased the flight cost. 3) caused a lot of inconvenience & mental stress. 4) a useless customer care who does not know anything but to say sorry. I have tried booking a flight via Flipkart yesterday on 14th March, 2021. To my surprise the money RS. 8703 got deducted but tickets not yet confirmed. Even I cannot see any status of the booking as of now. No money back to my account yet. Now I have to book my tickets but till now no confirmation.
