refund of my cancelled order

On 14 th october i had purchased mi headphone of 399 and redmi note 7s phone of 8099. But for some reason i had cancelled mi headphone on 14 th october and on 16 th october i had cancelled redmi note 7s phone. We have booked a in flipkart on 04-oct-2019 and committed deliver was 15-oct-2019 but delivered on 18-oct-2019.

We have requested customer care many times about that and they agreed to complete with in 48 hours but never happens and same thing was repeated till 31-oct-2019.

realme xt smartphone replacement issue

Now flipkart had told me i will get a replacement but now they are saying i will only get a refund. wrong product delivered and not replacing it

I ordered redmi k20 pro on rs 22999 on 1 october but when package came to me on 11th october it was redmi note 7s of rs8999 in that package. I've not received my refund yet

No update and no message regarding the delivery of my product. I have ordered the product on 4th october 2019 and it's already 30th october which is the delivery date but still no update and no message i got. I don't know what those people are doing.
Take ia as high priority and deliver as soon as possibleby today before 2 pm. Otherwise i will escalate it to the higher authority of flipkart....

fraudulent promotional offers to deceive customers

Flipkart has given promotional offer of 10% sbi instant discount on debit card which was advertised in all media forum on dhanteras.
I confirmed the order before placing it with flipkart as well as bank. Both approved the same.
After the placing the order discount not received.

I had placed google home with this particular seller-retailnet at rs. 6299 on 24/10/2019. After 6 days, the seller cancelled the product citing the reason that it is out of stock. After that, i checked on flipkart if this product is actually out of stock, but to my surprise, the product is still available with increased price of rs. 7999. Really, this seller is fraudster. Do no place any item with this seller-retailnet....

no cost emi request (icici) not converted

I have ordered macbook air on big billion day offer on 29th september 2019 with exchange offer and with no cost emi.

The transaction was reflected in my credit card statement on 2nd october 2019 but was not converted into emi as shown in the offer.

The total amount was 37890 and the emi was approx 3200 per month with no cost emi of 12 months.
