Laptop issue order id - od[protected]

I ordered a hp laptop and it had an issue.

I was told it will be picked up by 18rh and still no one had come.

I need the refund asap as i want to buy a new laptop.

I ws told that it will be picked up by 18th as still no response from flipkart.

This is the third time i have received a faulty product from product and no proper solution ws given by your team.

Need to be careful buying products from flipkart as faulty products have been sold in discount its better to buy at local shops then on flipkart.

This things keep on repeating and don't think any actions are being against the seller.

I have to buy a laptop and i don't have time for your delayed response.

When is the order getting picked up so that i get refund of amount in my credit card as i have to buy a new laptop from a shop?

    I ordered a "nitaitech edge to edge tempered glass for honor 8x mobile phone on december 19, 2019 wor th rs.179/- (Order id:od[protected]. The item delivered on 21.12.2019. At the time opening and inspecting i understand that the glass is not fit my phone. It is very small type and not fit my phone... But flipkart not provided return policy. Kindly interfere with this issue for refund my cash as early as possible.

      Flipkart has blocked my account saying high number of returns. However i can challenge one by one all recent orders why it has been returned or cancelled. Have shopped from flipkart in past years so much that myself being a flipkart plus member. Without consultation flipkart has blocked my account, also when contacting the customer care, they don't have any authority and continuously saying that backend team has blocked it. The last purchase was a jacket where the size was small and needed to return or exchange, which i am not able to do so having my account blocked. This is the service getting from flipkart being a flipkart plus member. The customer service is not upto the mark in this service having the expectation set up by flipakrt.

      Have you checked the history of purchases or discussed with me? Did you try to even check the reasons for the recent returns? Have you ever checked the total purchases made by me from that account?

      Did you respond to my emails? Did you tried to escalate it to the next level support who can do a thorough check?

        I have bought a water purifier in the month of september 2019 which got installed in first week of october. After installation the purifier started giving trouble related to tds maintenance and in last two months i have raised 4 service request to kent and inspite of changing the spares related to tds the water is still showing low tds value and low asked horrible. As the mineral content is low entire family started getting joint pains.
        Now when i approach kent they are claiming that we can only do service and they asked us to get back to flipkart as we bought the purifier through online and when i approach flipkart they are saying as per policy we can’t replace, so i would like to raise a complaint against flipkart as i got a defective good and kent is claiming that they can’t repair it anymore.

          Flipkart seller is doing fraud with me, i still did not receive any refund (₹ 1649/- and ₹ 1549/-) in my bank.

          Flipkat backend team is not taking any action. I feel very much shame that i do order from flipkart.

          I will never ever gonna use flipkart in future. I want you investigate this issue in detail and take action on flipkart backend team.

          Note: i escalated this refund issue in my bank and nodal officer confirmed that there is no refund provided from flipkart side.

              I orderd a product on 4december 2019 of 18904 rupees and later on due to some issue i had to cancel the order later on they said me from there seller side refund has initiated and will reflect by 19 december 2019 but it didnt happen now they are saying me now they are saying me your bank is responsible for that and bank is saying there will be any transaction it will reflect in your account and if it is not reflecting in your account they transaction would have cancelled and money would have returned in the sellers account but flipkart is denying with it i have two tansaction of 1890& 335 rupees my registered mobile number with the flipkart is - [protected]

                I purchased ivolta fuel port 2.4 amp charger order id od[protected] which is 164 rupees. Initially i paid 50 as pre booking and later i paid 114 rupees on 20 th december 8:05 pm through google pay upi and payment is completed and my money is debited from my account but flipkart is telling that payment is failed them where my money is gone. Upi transaction id[protected] and google pay transaction id cicagkcozem-za please look into this and cancel the order and refund my full amount 164 rupees to my account.

                    Sir i have order santoor soap on 18 dec 2019 which was rs 177 from which rs 50 was prepaid and remaining 127 should paid on 20 december.                       I placed my order, they keep on delaying it and after lot of compalins no action taken and they are asking me to cancel the order. They are not updating anything to me, and they wasted my so much of time by calling them. And they showing my issue resolved without talking or informing me.                         Hi i had beeb trying to buy lg uhd 43 inch tv on flipkart where they are prompting the product depending on my search history at a good price which i am interested in but when i click on the offer it takes me to the buying page where the price is rs 5000 higher than the promotion, i even tried to checkout to payment option and see if that offer is valid but i only got disappointment.

                        I think it's a clear case of bait and switch and they need to give me the offer they advertised.

                            Main issue:
                            Ordered for 2 lehengas from the seller - safina collection through flipkart. Received a single packet on 27th nov, which had a bill stuck on it stating that there should be 2 lehengas in it. There was only one. There seemed to be no tampering with the packet and i asked for refund. This has been pending and i am repeatedly getting messages, stating that "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

                            This missing piece is the second incident with the same seller. Earlier also, i had ordered 2 lehengas of the same size but received only one. There seemed to be no tampering with the packet and considering, it was plain human error, asked for refund of the missing one piece. This was duly issued.

                            I have faced this issue of a single missing piece about 4 times with flipkart in the last 2-3 years and had initially not given much attention to it but after 2 consecutive incidents with the same seller, i raised a complaint against the seller but there has been no answer to that as well.

                            Attempts at contacting flipkart:
                            1) i have tried contacting customer care through phone multiple times but as my account is blocked, they have washed their hands off and asked me to contact through email.
                            2) the email conversation gets me the standard reply mentioned beforehand. Also, the issue is always shown as resolved even though there isnt really any resolution.
                            3) finally, i got the email address - [protected]@flipkart.com, from the customer care manager for escalation of issue but the delivery fails saying that the mail address cant be found. On calling the customer care again, i was told that this is the email address and there must be some problem with my email account, which seems absurd.
                            4) i also found the seller's phone number through other portals and contacted him. He said the fault is not at his side which may or may not be believed but the end issue is that twice i got only 1 product, when i had paid for 2, from the same seller, and through flipkart.

                            Interestingly, even if my account is blocked, i am able to place orders and return the other items that i had previously ordered. The only place where i am facing issue with the blocked account is the refund of this missing piece.

                            The details of the order are:

                            Price of one lehenga : rs. 539

                            Secondary issues: i also had missing pieces with an order placed to click corporation (Seller) through flipkart.in this case, i was earlier not given an option for refund and was offered replacement which i was not okay with. I had ordered blankets for gifting purposes during diwali time and another shipment would have reached me only after diwali. I was told that they will send it before diwali and i agreed. Finally, the shipment couldnt be delivered and i was told that i will have to return the other pieces if i had to get a refund. I returned the other pieces and got the refund for the same. The refund for the missing pieces was a long-drawn affair but it did finally come.

                            Also, some of the other pieces delivered by this seller didnt match the description mentioned on the site and for this as well i had raised a complaint with flipkart but there has been no response on this also.

                                Ordered this television on 17th december, received and installed on 19th. Kudos to flipkart for the fast delivery and installation. But the television is a disaster. The panel used is of poor quality. Now the television is restarting randomly while using. Pixelated picture quality, colors are poor and over saturated. Picture flickers is a highly detailed video. Tv is not in a usable condition for me at the moment. I want a refund not a replacement.

                                  Sir i purchased led bulbs through flipkart but when i recieved it bulbs are not in working condition that's why i did return on november 25 2019 but return period is dec 05. They won't pickup my product within dec 05 then they started saying lie and keep on postponing my problem to dec 19 they told dec 19 we will solve it but they don't resolve my problem now suddenly cancelled my return

                                    Delivered wardrobe material is very poor and lock of wardrobe is broken. I return it through application but every time technician assign for visit and check the issue. But only one time he come and some capture picks of wardrobe and send to seller. After that they reject my return so i return it again but reject again and again for my valid reason it worth rs.5031. It is not small amount to bare so that i want money back.

                                      I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number [protected]. A few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.
