Flipkart — flight tickets cancellation | |||
Booked flight tickets from muscat to kochi on 3rd april 2020 through flipkart travel, now as the covid 19 travel restrictions indigo airlines cancelled the services to india. So i tried to cancel the tickets from flipkart travel. But always shows something wrong happened please try again later. Wrote many emails regarding this issue to the email address provided on their application, but no response from them. Tried calling their customer service number to get the details of refund.. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 30, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.

I have booked a ticket on 23rd March but on this date flight cancelled n rescheduled on 24th March from Chennai MAS TO Calcutta in air india but I want to cancel this ticket.i am uploading the image n pl cancel the ticket n revert the money

This is regarding the Refund of the canceled ticket (Booking ID: FF[protected]) from Etihad Airways due to the spread of Covid-19 which is booked through flipkart travel.
The ticket has been cancelled from ethihad airways and they have guaranteed that either we can reschedule the flight for free or we can opt for full refund. As the current situation we opt for full refund. Please see that attached letter from Etihad Airways with an explanation for the same.
I have raised for cancellation on March 6 with flipkart and till now I haven't got any response. When I call your customer service getting response saying that within 2 days 3 days but nothing is happening. Are you playing with customers money? I am fed up of your waste service and the way you valuing customers money. I need a proper resolution without any delay.
When I checked with ethihad they are telling me they can only provide refund until they get the request from flipkart travel as the ticket is booked from yhird party agent.

But Flipkart not refunded the money which is already refunded by airline to them .Flipkart customer executives are always saying Airasia will refund my money but how ??i did not book through Airasia. I contacted to Flipkart customer care but they have no answer and they are now refusing to refund my money by telling several stories. I already frustrated with the service of Flipkart. Whenever i email them to refund my amount they start to tell different procedures by different customer executives. For big company like Flipkart its not suit for this kind of behavior.
