[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart account blocked due to irregularity in payment method

Dear Team,

I am unable to access my Flipkart account for the past 1 week. I can't take my previous order histories, invoices or anything.

Your customer service team had told me that there are some irregularities in the Payment Method for the order number: OD[protected] Nobody could explain to me what irregularities are.

I used only my HDFC Credit Card + few Supercoins which was already done for my previous transactions. I don't find any irregularity in here. Guess it's the fault of the system. If there is some problem with the bank, you should contact them directly, not creating troubles for your customer.

I have also found that another person who had bought the same product has got his account too blocked. I guess the system has some issue or the concerned seller is creating some troubles for us. You may check the video from here: https://youtu.be/0z0RB1a71PU?t=91 . Check time 1:31 seconds.

Please state the reason before blocking accounts like this as previous invoices are required for warranty purposes.
Kindly do activate my account at the earliest. If you require also, block the order booking. But I need previous histories.

Why would you guys copy paste the same thing again and again ? Don't you understand what I have written ? I SAID MY ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED COMPLETELY. AND NOT RESTORED TILL NOW. ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS NOW. Flipkarts support is too bad. They never unblocked my account. Still sending the same mails again and again. From january 2020 my account is blocked and unable to access old invoices. I now realized how I should support the local vendors.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hi, We'd like to let you know that your order OD[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have detected irregularities in the payment method used for this order. We always ensure that the transactions made using online payment methods are authorised and secure; this is for account security. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. However, We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 03 Jan 20 and will be reflecting on your source account by 15 Jan 20.

Flipkarts support is too bad. They never unblocked my account. Still sending the same mails again and again. From january 2020 my account is blocked and unable to access old invoices.
I now realized how I should support the local vendors.

Dear Team,
I have contacted HDFC Bank Team. They have said that they will issue me with a new Credit Card as the card which I hold has some issues. Request you to reactivate my account at the earliest.
