On September 18th, I was not able to login my Flipkart account. It was showing 'Blocked Account. Send you registered email/phone no. to [protected]@flipkart.com'. I talked to the customer support 11-12 times but they are just giving dates. I also sent registered mobile number to their account validation email that is mentioned above.
Kindly request you to check the history regarding the order ID : OD[protected] : Neerus Women Embellished kurta . day to day im contacting to flipkart executives they just simply postponed the dates and said our back end team will contact you through mail only, so they said that please update your mail Id, when the account is blocked, how can i update my mail id. so I said to the executive please update my mail Id from your end, they will said that Ok i will forward this issue to the escalation team they will contact you within 2 days, but still i didnt received any call or mail from them .
I placed 6 orders, in that 5 are delivered and remaining one i placed return request due to some quality issue . So Kindly request you to check the account also.t.
While I understand the importance of maintaining a fair and balanced return policy, I have always valued my relationship with Flipkart and have been a loyal customer for a considerable period of time. I would like to assure you that my returns have always been made in accordance with Flipkart's policies and guidelines.
I want my account to be unblocked and i want to return the product as soon as possible.
