My order not delivered by the agent from e kart and the delivery completed showing on the Flipkart page..the agent have called me once and they asked my location after that no calls received from he and I tried lot of time via call but he rejected the call. Please help me to get the order

    I thought it might be a bug and I just ordered it and paid the sum.
    I would request to catch them and give them a strict punishment. And please return my money back ASAP because I have been cheated and I will be grateful to you.

        I ordered a face wash in flipkart i got it..but it was fake ... There is not mentioned its company name...and also spill out from its container...and its differ in texture...the original has a thick structure and dark colour but it is loose and light in colour

          Error while adding gift card.

          I have 3 gift card worth Rs 1750 but I try to add this to my flipkart wallet I am getting this error "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card".
          attaching screen shot of the same error.
          Already mail to flipkart regarding this and, also no help from customer care.

          My cards will expire on 12th of this month....

          I have ordered grocery from Flipkart on 3rd of August 23, I was given a delivery slot of 4th August 23. On order tracking page they are daily changing the dates and not delivering it to me. I have already paid the amount in advance and there is no option of cancelling it also. I am calling customer support also from past 4 days, they daily says that I will get the delivery by next day and close the call. They people have no option of taking any complaint also and no option of providing any support. I am very disappointed as they have trapped me into it. Pls help

            I have a approved return pickup of flipkart ? inspite of talking to so many people in customer care, even the escalation department, nothing has happened ?the pickup is waiting for more than 15 days ? in whatsapp i have clicked on NO ATTEMPT MADE too, its harassment . my order number is OD[protected], will someone do something

              I have bought Moto Edge 30 ultra in exchange of my old Samsung M51. When the delivery person came to pickup the phone, he reduced the value of the phone failing the "Color Discoloration" check by himself. In actual there is no such issue.
              Since I was not satisfied, I raised a complaint with the Flipkart, they said they will try the exchange again but no person has come yet again.
              Please resolve this asap.

                I ordered a laptop (ASUS Vivobook S 14 Intel EVO H-Series Core i5 12th Gen - 16 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) S3402ZA-LY542WS Thin and Light Laptop (14 inch, Indie Black, 1.50 Kg) from Flipkart on 16th July for 50, 740.00. I received the laptop on 20th July, but the display is not working. When I tried to return the laptop, Flipkart showed a technical issue. On 21st July, I complained to Flipkart regarding my return request, and after several calls, they finally created my return on 25th July. The tracking link shows that the technical visit is completed by 8th August and the replacement by 10th August, but until now, there has been no update from the technician.

                Flipkart has not contacted me even once from their side.

                Please assist me in resolving my problem. It has been 22 days and I haven't received any response from Flipkart. Moreover, the customer service of Flipkart is not responding to my issue; they simply disconnect the call without addressing my concerns.
                Airtel prepaid 4G data pack purchased by me does not deliver 4G Internet browsing at reasonable speed. My pack costs Rs.2999 with annual validity and 2 GB daily data. I am unable to browse my favorite YouTube videos because of slow speed Airtel Internet, frequent network signal drop issues and a total lack of response to my over a dozen complaints registered on their Airtel mobile app. The slow connection is frustrating and constant buffering makes it impossible to use my mobile in online access. No human interface is provided by Airtel to solve consumer problems. Their 198 and 121 numbers are automated calls and useless for network complaint. Chatbot is a joke that is not funny. Please resolve my genuine grievances with Airtel.

                  I ordered Wildcraft Small Cabin & Check-in Set (55 cm) - Onyx - Maroon trolley bag from flipkart on July 30 2023. I received the order on 1st August 2023. Order ID: OD[protected]

                  Since the bag was not durable and looked like poor quality issues with handle, I submitted a return request on the same day, i.e on 1st August 2023.

                  My return request and refund was approved by seller and on 2nd, 3rd and 4th August, I received SMS from "Delhivery" stating my order would be picked up, but at the end of the day, they update the status in the Delhivery online status falsely saying "Customer is Unreachable", even though I was available 24/7 at the pickup location. Nobody tried to contact me. The AWB reference number for Delhivery pickup is[protected].

                  I contacted Flipkart 5 times. Each time talking with a different customer executive, who "promised" to escalate this issue and resolve it. Ï even talked to a person supposedly from escalation team. However, after I disconnect the call, the Flipkart team has no accountability and they close the ticket saying "Courier "couldn't reach you. Please create a new return request.

                  I also contacted "Delhivery" support Executives 3 times to get the status of my pickup and they didn't help. Even though they promised pickup by 4th August multiple times, nobody came to pick up.

                  It's been mental torture dealing with the lies and fraudulent behavior of FLIPKART customer service executives. I wish to get a refund of Rs 2, 299 immediately. It's not really my job to ensure the defective order is picked up immediately.

                  Flipkart did not help or co-ordinate with the Delhivery partners. I had to waste 7 days with the courier service to get the item picked. Finally Delhivery picked it up.

                    Flipkart promised me that installation will be done on 05.08.2023. so he has to postpone all my work in sit in my home. But today date 08.05.2023, till now no one came for my tv installation. While I contacted Flipkart support on 05.08.2023 they said it will be done by end of the day. So I sat in home for whole day and waited. 3 days over from that day but till now no one came. This leads to mental pressure on me. One day salary got wasted. I request Flipkart to do the installation as soon as possible and give me compensation of atleast ₹2000 for 05.08.2023 loss for me

                      Hi team, I have ordered Apple airpods pro through flipkart through order id, and its been told that the product is out for delivery and will be delivered by 6th before 11 pm. till now the product not been delivered or the amount not been refunded. The provided delivery person not responding to the calls. When i contacted customer support, I have been asked to wait for another 24 hours. I dont want to wait for the delivery and i need my money to be refunded.

                      Please help to get my money back. Attached all the evidence.

                          I have ordered cabinet with drawer but recieved without drawer and damaged product so I try to return the product but from my end I was not able to return the order. So I called them and they only initiated return.

                          But it's 1 month from not but the issue is still not resolved. I call the team every 3 days but they ans the same again and again wait for 3 days your issue will be solved but it's not.

                          Flipkart please refund my 4999/- back.

                          The seller name is Anthro Bazaar and he is fraudulent

                            My name is Nandan Kumar. I had started filpkart pay letter few months ago and in that I got credit of 35000 ₹ and through that pay letter I bought a mobile phone for 27000 ₹ from filpkart itself and after buying my phone my emi was made my first emi was made around 4952 ₹ out of which product processing fee was around 452 ₹ i deposited the first emi and the remaining emi of my phone by talking to customer support the landing partner bank of filpkart By giving 22155.27 ₹ to IDFC Bank, I got the entire EMI closed. Means I gave the whole amount to the bank and got it closed. And the bank has also given me NOC but Filpkart pay letter has not updated my amount yet and neither is doing so, I have called repeatedly for this and I have also put my NOC on Filpkart. Even he has blocked my pay letter and spoiled my civil as well. I got more upset than this. I want Pay to update my payment and not correct my civil, then I will blame Filpkart for this and I will take my action further. Thank you.

                              I have purchased a MSI GAMING Z TRIO 6800XT WORTH 46, 824 ON FLIPKART .Flipkart had delivered me an empty box filled with thermocal and I have purchased this product on May 04. Now the flipkart team is asking me to sign a consent forum for proceeding with the case.

                              In consent form it's only mentioned about the missing for mobile/laptop.

                              This is not right

                              I want flipkart to:
                              1. To proceed with the refund without personal details
                              2. If personal details needed then send correct consent form about graphics card

                                1) Refer to my flipkart order id OD[protected] dated 15 May 2022.

                                2) I had purchased a product "MarQ By Flipkart 6 kg 5 Star Rating Semi Automatic Top Load White, Maroon" on 15 May 22. The washing machine came with 2 years of comprehensive warranty.

                                3) My washing machine is just 15 months old and it has following complaints :-
                                A) The top Maroon colour of machine got totally faded in just 6 months of the purchase and now the strength of plastic body of the machine is also getting weak, its body parts are started getting damaged without any wear and tear.(Photos attached)

                                B) Since April 23, The motor of the washing tub also producing unusual sound and vibration like some part or body of the machine is rubbing while motor rotates. It produce three type of sounds When it go clockwise/ anticlockwise and when tub is fully filled with water or load. (Video attached)

                                4) After multiple complaints through telephonic conversation with flipkart customer care, on 05 Aug 23 a technician visited at my address. He said he dont have any plastic parts to replace or repair and can't do anything with motor sound.

                                5) As my product is under comprehensive warranty of 2 years, i want my product to be repaired and plastic parts which are degraded to be replaced. If its not possible then my order should be replaced at the earliest.

                                  Hi,

                                  Gift Card amount of 457 deducted from my wallet without any intimation, mail, message, or notification. How can you remove Rs 457 from the wallet and not even send one notifcation as a reminder??

                                  Even if it expired, i atleast expect one reminder, so i can use it right away.

                                  Refund that money into my wallet. This is weird.

                                    I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Flipkart. I placed an order for a product order Id- OD[protected] during the offer period, only to have my order unceremoniously cancelled by Flipkart the very next day, citing a vague "pricing issue." This is completely unacceptable, especially since the offer period has now ended and I am left without the opportunity to purchase the product at the discounted price. I understand that mistakes happen, but this has caused my money to be blocked and I am left empty-handed. I am not seeking a refund; I simply want the product I ordered, as I had followed all the terms and conditions of the offer. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and a satisfactory resolution that upholds the trust I had placed in Flipkart as a reliable online shopping platform.

                                      I had ordered a PUMA Shoes from Flipkart (order Id : OD[protected]. Due to size mismatch I raised a return request. However, the delivery person is saying there is issue in Article Number mismatch so return is not possible. He asked me to connect with Customer care. Customer care executive are simply rescheduling the pickup without resolving the issue.They are simply saying it will be resolved. But pickup is getting cancelled. Such a disaster service from Flipkart being a reputed company. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible
