Flipkart — Flipkart account has been blocked

I have received wrong product on flipkart and after returning the order they have cancelled the return and they blocked my account

Updated by Kasiviswanadh polisetti I have ordered VOLTAS 1 ton air conditioner but I have received correct indoor unit but not outdoor unit as you can see in the pictures attached. It had been verified by Voltas agent who came for installation. I have raised a return request after consulting with flipkart agent . Later that seller has cancelled my return request and flipkart has blocked my account. Flipkart has even took my Adhaar card and PAN card details without any reason. Customer support is not responding and not able to help even after calling them for 7 times.
