[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart - amount debited from bank but order was not placed no refund | |||
I was ordering samsung on 7 mobile on flipkart on 26 aug 2017. I filled out everything. Then i chose to pay using debit card and the bank was state bank of india. The amount rs. 7990 has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called flipkart customer care toll free number six times and the ivr gave an assurance that i will get a call back. Still no response. What should i do? I waited for 10 days, but the amount wasn't credited. My bank told me they have successfully made the payment. The payment also shows on my bank accounts e statement. I am also attaching screenshot of messages. I'm ordering products from flipkart about 3 years now. This is really unexpected of them. Was this information helpful? | |||

Today I received a call from customer care of flipkart. They are saying that refund has been done. But it never happened. I didn't recieve the refund. I talked to Customer Care of my issued bank as well. They said refund has not been done from flipkart.
It's been one month over but till now Flipkart guys didn't resolve my issues. I didn't get the refund till now.
