[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart asking my personal bank details to refund my order | |
I placed two orders first order id: od[protected] on 21st march 2020 and second order id: od[protected] on 20th march 2020. Both orders were cancelled on 1st march due to corona virus which was ok i understand. After that on 7th april i got a message refund has been initiated and it will reach the bank till 15th april. When i didn't get any refund i contacted flipkart support (Baljeet) on 16th april about that. First of all he didn't believe then he raised issue against it and said someone will call from flipkart. On 19th april i got a call from [protected] and they said it's bank issue and they provided me refference number. I call the bank support and tell them about that refference number. He told that refund was initiated but it didn't reach the bank. He said it was duty of the seller to check why refund didn't reach the bank. I contacted the flipkart support (Sanjay) again and told about everything. He assured that problem will be solved in 24 hours. After 24 hours i contacted flipkart support (Ritika) again during chatting with support i got a call again from [protected] that told to send bank details information from march will april in pdf format to them. There is no reason i send my personal information with flipkart. I am just asking my money to be refunded. I am attaching all the screenshot i can share.

Why flipkart customer care ask for OTP. NOT only one customer care but the other also did the same. Flipkart is not safe.
I asked for replacement for one of my product as it was a wrong product. Even after replacement they gave me the wrong product. I raised complaint again and the customer care said that the seller is going to refund in my account. So she asked for my IFSC CODE, account number and the registered phone number. After that she asked for OTP.
I thought i was talking with a fraud and again tried for second complaint with a different number. The person did the same.
