I made an order an order for realme 5s, after lots of try (Because this mobile always shown out of stock) mobile. The first time, it got cancelled,. Yet, without making any further complaints, i proceeded with a second order of the other company product as per their advice and after a day, i contact the support to know the progress only to hear that it has been cancelled yet again because my account failed a credibility check. I have been surprisingly blacklisted, for ordering some mobile phones of the same brand at different times. Now tell me if am i the only one who seems to think that' a totally ridiculous reason? I am blacklisted for being a good customer. The worst part is that i was never notified.. I purchased some gift voucher s for ordering that mobile, but now i am unable to use these gift cards. I have contacted to customer care on call centre (Also on socialmedia), but no positive response received. If that's the case, then it will be my last ever association with flipkart. Else i will make sure to delete this complaint.

    I purchased the said washing machine from flipkart and the product was delivered on 25/02/20, there was no invoice along with the package. The i contacted flipkart customer care and informed that i didn't receive the invoice and, the godrej service people are asking for it. He replied that i will get over mail and i can also download from their site after 24 hrs. Of delivery. As i didn't receive it on mail and could not download, i sent the issue in detail to flipkart thro their site.in the meantime i received a mail communicating that the installation and demo scheduled is cancelled without citing any reason. All my efforts to contact them were in vain and there is no response or invoice. I doubt now whether they sold me a genuine product or not?

Since the product was delivered to you on 31 Dec 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

        I ordered lenovo ht10 wireless earphones on 20february 2020 and its was delivered on same day. But when i opened it, the product was missing from the box. I made the full unboxing video of it and immediately complaint in their twitter handle including all proofs and i got a call back from their social media tema on same day and they appolozised me and told me that we will call u again within 24hrs with an update.in between that, the seller had cancelled my refund request two times by stating stupid reasons. So, 24hrs passed but still no callback and today at 22 februray 2020, i got an email that your account is blocked due to high return. I think they dont see that there was only 2 orders and not a single return was placed in that account except this one bcoz i got empty box. Now the social media team is not telling anything. I want atleast my money back for my lenovo order becoz i got empty box and its totally a cheating by flipkart.

        I want my refund of 3899, i dont want ur account, i just need my money back bcoz u delivered empty box i have full unboxing video. They are not calling me also, i will go to kolkata’s consumer forum if they dont refund my 3899rs for missing item, i am chasing them from 10 days.

              I have ordered the material worth rs.399 and i paid the delivery amount of rs. 40 also. But delivery person not willing the deliver the product at my location. My location is one of the center location. Almost 500 people coming and going. When i asked this, he is saying he will not deliver the material. He said all these things very rudely.. I have been buying materials from flip kart almost 7 year now.. These kind of bad behaviours can create huge loss to the company.. So please take necessary action..

                My flipkart account got blocked recently and the reason they gave is generic copy paste.. I an a plus member and have multiple high value orders with minimal returns but getting no support from flipkart executives. Please look into this issue and resolve it asap. I hv many flipkart plus point which is at stake.

                  account blocked because of excessive return requests

                  My flipkart account ([protected]@gmail.com) has been blocked saying that there have been too many return requests.

                  I enquired them (Over phone, chat & email) to tell me about what return requests they are talking about but they have given me no answer about anything.in the last 6 months, there has been 2 return requests only (As per my memory) and i have ordered so many items. I can't give the exact figure as i have been logged...

                  I have ordered an google home on flipkart and it was shown that it will be delivered on march 1 2020, but when i tried to track my order today, it is showing as delivered today when i have not received it.                       Firstly i have ordered boat earphone on 20th february and it was cancelled by flipkart within a minute, again i ordered same product again they cancelled it and this go on two times more and at last they blocked my account. And all together they withhold (Rs 385 + rs 385 + rs 385 + rs 385 = rs 1540) total rs 1540. And in that they refunded only rs 385 and now still rs 1155 is remaining to get refund by flipkart.

                      After complaining the flipkart team they response me so rudely and harassing me by saying that do what you want to do.in my complain they go on repeating the same word that my purchase history is showing that i purchased the product that not intended for personal use.

                      But actually i am not the frequent user of flipkart, before purchasing on 20th february last i used flipkart 2 month back. I do not understand their trend that how i become the non personal user, on call they spoken me that i purchased 2 phone in a year 2015, 2 phone in year 2016 and 2 phone in year 2017, so on the basis of this they blocked my account in 2020, that is after 3 year.

                      If i am the non personal user why they blocked my account after 3 year, but actually i purchased all this phone for my family and for my relatives, from my point of view it does not show that i am the non personal user.

                        We got response from flipkart as follows that order details are not received
                        We sent detaila l as

                        We also opted for extended waranty by flipkart.
                        Datils are as per image

                        Till today complaint has been bot received proper response.

                        We procured the blaupunkt tv model number bla43au680j1801171 on sept 2019.
                        On first week of the decmber 19 we have not operated the tv as my father does not want the sound in room. But on 7 th december 2019 on putting the tv on we found verticle line occupied about 80 % space. And 20 % space showing the app log on display.
                        We logged number of compalint complaint on in dec 19 and jan 20 but as we have not received any feedback we contacted customer care. We have been asked to send the video on mobile number. After sending the video we got the feedback that the ty is broken. As we have not seen any broken appearance on display we requested to send the representative as it is under warranty.
                        Unfortunately it has been told that the visit will be on chargeable basis. As the tv is hanged on the connector the question of how it is broken is remain unanswered.

                        Being a reputed company we expect the proper service hence we once agin requested tham to depute the service representative for observing and resolving the issue.
                        On * th dec we sent mail we got reply that we are sorry to say but as per photos given to our executive it is broken. Led display consists of very thin layers of flexible sheet. It's not made up of glass so you are not able to see any scratch or damage mark on outer side of display even by touching. It happens by hard pressing or by collusion of any other object. Since it is physically damaged, it will not cover in warranty. It will be done on chargeable basis. If you approve the amount, we will work accordingly.
                        We are sorry to mention that without visiting and seeing the condition the decision is taken that tv display is broken. Is it not possible that it is due to inferior quality of dispaly? One of my relative got same problem in is samsung tv and they accpeted that it is possible in 1 to 2 % of tv and replaced display free of cnarge.
                        Further till date we have not received any feedback about quality of dispaly or commericail offer in writiiing.
                        On the top of that. I have been told that visit of executive will be on chargeable basis when the tv is under warranty

                        Further you will agree that purchasing of tv had only 3 months over. When tv is under warannty how the replacement is chargable basis and how even vist is being charged.

                        This type of answeres are not expected from the reputed brand like blaupunkt /flipkart and further no one is bothered to give answer thereafter (December) till date evena after sending number of reminders.

                        I hope that comapy will give right solution to this issue.

                        Today i got call from flipkart custpmer care they asked to refer the complaint once agin to Blapunkt, we referred the same but the reply is that we can not give seperate job sheet . we can send the technicain but on chargable basis although it is under waranty.
                        The summery of complaint of blapunkt tv
                        1. We procured the blaupunkt Model number BLA43AU680J1801171 on Sept 2019 from Flipkart. we also went for extended warranty from flip kart.
                        2. The TV is hardly viewed for about a week till November third week as my father was with me and doesn’t like to put TV on.
                        3. Two weeks TV was not put on and On 7 th December 2019 on putting the TV on we observed that the vertical lines on display occupied about 80% space. and 20% space showing the app log .
                        4. We logged complaint on 8 th dec 2019 but as we have not received any feedback we contacted customer care on 10 dec.
                        5. We have been asked to send the video on mobile number [protected].
                        6. After sending the video we shocked to get the feedback that the TY is broken.
                        7. As we do not have any kid/boy and no activity is done which can damage the TV, we are not able to see any broken appearance on display .And TV is under warranty we requested to send the representative as it is under warranty. Unfortunately it has been told that the visit will be on chargeable basis.
                        8. As the TV is hanged on the flexible connector the question of how it is broken is remain unanswered and we are of doubt that the inferior quality of display is being used and damaged TV is being sold to us.
                        9. We followed up several time And after significant reminders we got reply as follows:
                        a. We are sorry to say but as per photos given to our executive it is broken. LED display consists of very thin layers of flexible sheet. It's not made up of glass so you are not able to see any scratch or damage mark on outer side of display even by touching.
                        b. It happens by hard pressing or by collusion of any other object. Since it is physically damaged, it will not cover in warranty. It will be done on chargeable basis. If you approve the amount, we will work accordingly.
                        c. As it's already been confirmed over the phone by our executive that the product is physically damaged and its clearly visible in the pictures given by you. So we cannot provide service in warranty. If you want then we will register a call in out of warranty and technician will visit on chargeable basis.
                        10. We are not agreed with the answer given by M/s Blapunkt and the same is again followed up with them.
                        11. But as we are not getting the response the matter is taken with m/s Flipkart the promoter ans seller of TV.

                        we hope that we can get justice from M/s flipkart .

                          I ordered a samsung single door refrigerator on 23rd feb 2020, on the exchange offer with my old lg single door refrigerator. Yesterday, the delivery boy arrived, checked the old appliance, for about 45 minutes, took out all the items from the refrigerator. But, at the end, denied to exchange the product. There is no dent on my refrigerator, you can check it yourself, and they wasted my all precious time, checking it for such long time. I talked to the executive too, who rejected the item, he was extremely rude n made false excuse to reject the old fridge. It was preplanned, as the delivery boy didn't even bring the new fridge with him. This is extreme harassment from your side. This much just for rs 3000. Shame on this company. I'm prime customer on flipkart i feel shame on that. I shall never buy any product from this site, n never recommend anyone this site. I have exchanged several items from amazon and, they never created any issues, big mistake chose this site this time. At last, refund the money as fast as possible, i hope there will be no complication regarding it, at least.

                              Dear flipkart my account has been blocked due to unforseen reason and i just want to tell you that i have placed an order named by redmi note 7 pro that one indicated as delivered by flipkart but after that social media team has updated me that we have not received any update from courier so we will issue refund tomorrow but they did not get back to me from 2 days so i would request you to provide refund either or replacement and in previous male you told me that your account closed and due to this reason refund will not be issued. Dear flipkart you know that courier service have not updated you then why you are saying non compatible reason please look into this and contact me earlier if you don't want to reinstate my account then no issue but i want my product either or my fund back to source. Amd as you told previous mail is non-satisfication mail for me so i request you to provide me resolution earlier or i will be forced to take a legal action against you

                                I got a phone delivered on 22th feb.. The phone was having issues which flipkart team didn't understood. Imei number of the phone is invalid. I asked for refund and as per the rules, the two visits of technician to my home were just waste of time. I got rejected twice for refund. I again asked for refund after rejection. After 2 days, flipkart team rejected as they say that the issue is resolved. I asked for the reason and they say that "we were trying to reach you through mail but you didn't responded the mail". I was surprised with my wifi connection and mobile data of all three popular networks that they didn't recieved any mail from flipkart.. I checked the mails from flipkart on almost 6-10 phones by adding email id to every phone but everytime it says no email found. Flipkart support team on call says that it was no reply on mail so we rejected but there in description of rejection was mentioned that the issue is resolved now as per technician visit. I filed a complaint against the technician who visited twice but there wasn't any result for that as they don't even tell how their technician is correct and i am wrong.. They think i am saying lie about the phone as the technician found no issues with the phone. I don't know how they say "customer is god" if they don't trust their customers. I don't don't even know which customer is god to them. So now i think it's just an idea to pass out 10 days of flipkart's refund and replacement policies so that all blame goes to realme company. Hope i am clear and if flipkart is having issues on above description, then i am ready to discuss on the call about how flipkart is scamming me.

                                  I have completed kyc for flipkart pay later on 8 feb, and a limit of 5000 is showing in my account section of flipkart, but when i am on the payment page option to pay later is nt showing, regarding this i have called almost 10 times to customer care they jst say wait 1 day or till that day, i have waited day by day but issue still nt resolved, my friends pay later activated within a day,, my concern is if they do not want to give me this service why they take my personal details of aadhar with otp nd pan card, is this good,, if they dnt want to give me the service they simply say no why they making fool day by day... Please helpe regarding this

                                      I want to raise a complaint against Flipkart's service,

                                      Hello, I am Soham Bose I have two accounts in Flipkart

                                      In my account (no.1),
                                      There I am a trusted buyer and a regular customer of Flipkart. Every month I use Flipkart to buy lots of products sometimes in cash on delivery and online banking. Since, I have a plus membership in my this account so Flipkart provided me this "pay later" option, which was actually very much appreciated.
                                      But starting from November'2019, I started facing unexpected unecessary frustrating problems.
                                      The main problem started, whenever I am trying to replace/return a product which were not up to my expectations.
                                      Return/replacement falls under Flipkart's policy, Then whenever I am replacing or returning the product due to size issue or any other dispute, how come Flipkart is blocking my account??
                                      Moreover, the pay later and shopping day of Flipkart is till 10th of next month, if they block my account then how am I suppose to use that "such promised" facility ??
                                      My account got blocked and I am not able to pay my bill and it's not my fault, then how come Flipkart is adding dues to it???
                                      I have contacted the customer care executive several times, they have always promised to solve my problems within 48hours via mails or calls! But look at me now, still writing my problems...!!

                                      Whenever I ask customer executive anything regarding anything be it any product, product delivery they always put the blame on logistics and seller!
                                      Whenever Flipkart asked to verify my account, be it the mail id, phone number, identity proof, adhar card proof etc I have always cooperated with it.

                                      I want my account to be Unblocked, right away, right now I am not going to pay any dues.

                                      In my account (no.2),
                                      Since I have some daily needs so I had to open another account because after explaining my issues several times with the customer executives my problems were unsolved, they always promised me to send some mail and asked to revert back to it, I don't know what is that suppose to mean, I am an busy person it's not possible for me to always write a mail, am a phone person, I have requested them personally to look after the issues and kindly to pass it to some senior management who can solve it but as usual they never did that, the customer executive services of Flipkart is very poor, all they know is machine generated answers, I feel like I am talking to a dumb machines.
                                      I bought a real me 5i phone from my second account, I got a dispute phone, it has a scratch on it, I immediately reported it to Flipkart the next day, then again they assured me they will find a solution, whereas nothing as promised was done instead they asked me for my "identity proof" isn't that funny??? The seller provided me a scratched phone, I should be the one asking for their business license proof!how come they cancelled my phone replacement????

                                      This is the kind of facility Flipkart is providing to the customers???
                                      Unethical business services!
                                      Fake assurances!
                                      What is the benefit of buying the "plus membership" then????
