Today i got call from flipkart custpmer care they asked to refer the complaint once agin to Blapunkt, we referred the same but the reply is that we can not give seperate job sheet . we can send the technicain but on chargable basis although it is under waranty.
The summery of complaint of blapunkt tv
1. We procured the blaupunkt Model number BLA43AU680J1801171 on Sept 2019 from Flipkart. we also went for extended warranty from flip kart.
2. The TV is hardly viewed for about a week till November third week as my father was with me and doesn’t like to put TV on.
3. Two weeks TV was not put on and On 7 th December 2019 on putting the TV on we observed that the vertical lines on display occupied about 80% space. and 20% space showing the app log .
4. We logged complaint on 8 th dec 2019 but as we have not received any feedback we contacted customer care on 10 dec.
5. We have been asked to send the video on mobile number [protected].
6. After sending the video we shocked to get the feedback that the TY is broken.
7. As we do not have any kid/boy and no activity is done which can damage the TV, we are not able to see any broken appearance on display .And TV is under warranty we requested to send the representative as it is under warranty. Unfortunately it has been told that the visit will be on chargeable basis.
8. As the TV is hanged on the flexible connector the question of how it is broken is remain unanswered and we are of doubt that the inferior quality of display is being used and damaged TV is being sold to us.
9. We followed up several time And after significant reminders we got reply as follows:
a. We are sorry to say but as per photos given to our executive it is broken. LED display consists of very thin layers of flexible sheet. It's not made up of glass so you are not able to see any scratch or damage mark on outer side of display even by touching.
b. It happens by hard pressing or by collusion of any other object. Since it is physically damaged, it will not cover in warranty. It will be done on chargeable basis. If you approve the amount, we will work accordingly.
c. As it's already been confirmed over the phone by our executive that the product is physically damaged and its clearly visible in the pictures given by you. So we cannot provide service in warranty. If you want then we will register a call in out of warranty and technician will visit on chargeable basis.
10. We are not agreed with the answer given by M/s Blapunkt and the same is again followed up with them.
11. But as we are not getting the response the matter is taken with m/s Flipkart the promoter ans seller of TV.
we hope that we can get justice from M/s flipkart .
