I and our group dnt order any furthers deals we blacklisted flipkart for the 3rd class service and i want to complaint again sales executive and manager of district level.. So that they cannot harrash any one else..

    My order is not delivered in taken time and wrong feedback given by delivery boy of flipkart. My delivery date is 11th march 2020. The delivery boy contact me and told me to take my order and i am able to take my order but after few times ago he can't contact me when i call him back he didn't respond my call.
    He given feedback that the customer is not available. Next day i will contact customer service representative and same thing and he reply me that it's solved whithin 48 hours. But today flipkart massaged me your service area is not available... Please do something. My awb number is[protected]. My contact number is [protected]

      I have purchased boat airdopes 382 from flipkart worth rs:- 2999/- which was delivered on 5th march within 2-3 hours if delivery, i raised the return request of this product saying that boat left airdope is not working properly and it has a size issue it's not fitting properly in my ears. I also mention about the battery backup problem which i faced by using the product for 6-7 hours. It has 10 days replacement / return policy. But sir they have blocked my account saying that i have returned too many products. But sir that was my first order, in which i have faced problem. Seller also ask for identity proof. I have provided them too but than they haven't return my product till now. And blocked my account. My email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no. :- [protected]. Please return my product as soon as possible.

        The flipkart team just blocked my number without any prior notice... And they just keep saying to revert back an email which i haven't received not even single time!! And when i say them so they just keep post ponding the case using the phrase "sorry sir we are unable to complete your request". 'please wait for _ date"?? What should i do when they are not responding and just giving me instruction to reply to an imaginary email which i haven't received since time immemoriable!!

          I had pre-booked s20 plus on march 6th. Promised delivery date was march 11th. The product is not shipped yet as of today. Have raised multiple complaints - the timeline given for resoltuon has expired as well w/o any explanation what so ever!             I have ordered 100 pcs of mask. I was out of city for a month when filpkart delivered the product. When i opened the box after a month only 10 pcs has been received. I have paid 7600 for the products. Originally one mask cost 75 rs each but it cost me 759 rs for one mask. I have registered complaint on flipkart but it is not responding. It has over charged me.

              The issue that I have experienced was: My order ID # OD[protected] ..Flipkart sent me faulty TV which didn't work even after a lot of try by their service engineer. When i contacted their customer care..they refused to give me refunds.
              Why Flipkart is not giving me refund if its their fault only to delivering me a faulty TV. For Replacement also..they are delaying the delivery.
              Flipkart customer care even not owning the issue and put direct blame on seller.

              It occurred on: 12/03/2020

              Flipkart should refund me for delivering me a faulty TV.

                  My son ordered 2 units of 3 =6 hand sanitizers for me and one pack of 600 ml for my daughter miss kriti khullar who use to live in pune. Today i received 4 sanitizers instead of 6 and my daughter received pack of 500ml instead of 600 ml when my son contacted your executive he advised to return all and take refund knowing saintizers are out of stock in market. It is not good business ethic.

                    Hi flipkart has blocked my 2 family account without any prior communication or
                    Email. Today i tried to login in my personal account whose registered no is [protected] but i see message account blocked contact customer care to fix it & then i checked my family account whose registered no is [protected]. It is also blocked.in both account i have money in the form of flipkart gift card & my personal account has flipkart plus membership & have also super coins which can be used for shopping at flipkart, buying voucher. This is fraud by flipkart & how they can block my account without any communication or email. They have also not refunded my money in that account. I contacted their customer care they told they cant help me as they cannot see any details they will forward my details to their team & told me to wait till 14th march 2020, 6pm
                    & also they cancelled my prepaid order whose order id - od[protected] & took the money. I am attaching screenshot for proof. My order has been shipped also. I request consumer complaints forum to take strict legal action against flipkart & help me to get my money back. This is fraud done by flipkart. Kindly take legal action against flipkart.

                    Their customer care not replying to email that means if i asked about my flipkart gift card money they will not tell about it & instead of it they will tell your account has blocked when i contact customer care they tell me that you will receive call by end of the day but no call i got & also flipkart have not refunded my amount provided refund initiation timeline passed. Kindly help .

                      I would like to inform that i had ordered a canon pixma g 2000 multi function color printer. But when the product was delivered then in inside there was a wooden box wrapped in the cover of the printer. I immediately requested for the replacement which was canclled thrice. I am really clueless as to how you are not even looking in to the matter and cancling the request.

                                  When i try to purchase a mobile from flipkart website, it says you have already reached maximum units for this item. I only purchased couple of mobiles for my family members, nothing else. I contacted their customer care as well but no resolution yet. I need this to be resolved at the earliest. I don't such issues with amazon or any other online shopping website.

                                      I have ordered a product from flipkart on 7th march. They have promised delivery on march 10th. After due to issue from vendor they are still processing the order. Then they gave the delivery date as 11th march still the status is order processing. With multiple followups now they have changed the delivery date to 12th march. This is unacceptable and now they have stopped responding. I have ordered the gift for my wife for her birthday on 10th march. Then what is the point of delaying the delivery. I am seriously fed up with these guys.

                                        can't spend hours every day connecting and talking to Flipkart for the

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.

                                        I already told you before that i do not need this refund amount i want my 5 pillows that's it.
                                        Except refund given by the seller, what you are going to do the best for me so those days of anxiety, frustration, and stress. Your best efforts will restore my faith and encourage me to purchase something from Flipkart in future.
