Flipkart — Wrong Product Delivered
I have ordered a BOAT ear buds and after receiving from delivery person I found that the ear buds were different product and that also damaged. and they delivered wrong product in box
I complain the same by calling the flipkart customer support but they are delaying the issue everytime I call them and not at all coming for pickup

I ordered one Boat Nirvana ion with ANC earbuds but I received a different product same is there but without ANC. I called customer care for replacement but they are not replacing it. I clearly told if you don't replace I will close the business with Flipkart. But still they are not replacing what to do. I need a replacement of my product which is same with ANC.
