Dear Sir
This is with regard to the return request for order id OD[protected]
Return ID[protected]

The return request was given on 6th May and the technician visit is completed on 09.05.2022 itself and it was told by technician that there is problem in TV and asked to return.
I received a message from Flipkart that they will arrive for uninstall and a different technician will arrive on 13.05.2022.
But suddenly, I received a message that the return request is cancelled.
When I once again checked with customer care, they have put the return request today and the cycle is repeating once again.
Since I have put return request, I have booked another TV and it is on queue for installation because the uninstallation has not happened.
Request to take necessary action on the same and please process for uninstallation.

    I ordered a product of Rs 1199 from flipkart order id OD[protected]. On 7th April. I have contacted customer care repeatedly. I sent an email to the the grievance. I posted on Twitter. Still they are not giving my refund. Please help.

          I am Rohan Borawake living in Nashik Maharashtra. I have complaint regarding parcel delivered me today. My order I'd is OD[protected].

          The parcel was not order by me or my family. I didn't get any notification or sms from Flipkart that i have ordered. I want to cancel my order. I have contacted customer care of Flipkart, they are telling us that we can't help you.

          I got msg on Flipkart app that Flipkart Customer shared this order with you.

          Can you tell me who has ordered the parcel and refund my money that i have paid on cash delivery.

          Waiting for your reply, and also please find attached slip of order for your reference.

            I purchased a TNC plastic and steel cloth drying stand recently. But the product received was faulty. Opted for return and refund, tracking ID FMPR[protected]. Return was scheduled and refund was approved to be credited after pick up. After this for 5 consecutive days, return pickup kept getting rescheduled everyday and delivery executive refused to pickup on every single day. On 6th day Flipkart cancelled return and refund. Their executive are rude and refusing openly to pickup, not once or twice but on 5 consecutive days. Now Flipkart is forcing me for replacement. Also, the return period of the product has expired. This is absolute harassment and Flipkart needs to be penalized.

              I was opened a Flipkart Pay later account in Dec 2021 Which Financial Partner is IDFC Bank Ltd and I did 3 EMI transections and I was making payments on time against the EMI since the Jan-22 But IDFC Bank is not Updating the payments since 5 Months and showing overdue in their system as well as giving false report to the Credit Bureau which is affecting my CIBIL score I was logged first complaint in 11 Apr 22 and asked many time both Flipkart and IDFC bank in mails and customer cares but they are not resolving my issue and asking me to contact IDFC Bank, where idfc bank is telling contact Flipkart.

                I have purchased a OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 Bluetooth Headset (Beam Blue, In the Ear) from Flipkart. After receiving the product I found the product has a noise cancellation problem and battery backup problem. I raised a return request and Flipkart send a fake technician visit from Jeeves and they reject my return request.

                A total of 3 technicians visit my house in two days' time and all of them reject. They told me if my headphone is dead and had physical damage then only they can accept my return. They also found the problem of noise cancellation and told me that they can't approve a return for that and also told me that if they accept my return then I need to pay them a penalty fees of 200 INR then they can accept my return.

                I wanted to know why I need to pay a penalty fee for my defective product return?

                My earphone has clearly a noise cancellation problem and a low battery backup problem.

                Flipkart stop these fake technician visit rules otherwise customers like me will shift permanently to amazon and you'll do business with your technicians.

                  You people are harassing me. I have made 40+ calls to the Flipkart Customer Support team over the past 6-7 days. There has been no progress on my replacement.

                  I have paid you almost Rs. 60, 000 and I regret it.

                  You delivered a damaged product to me, the Sony Installation Team informed me of this after they set it up. Panel is damaged internally. I requested a replacement the same day (Tuesday, 10th). Since then I have been following up every day with you, but your customer support is absolutely hopeless.

                  Another Sony technician visited 2 days ago, 12th May. He checked the TV, informed me of the same thing. Panel internally damaged, cannot be used. I took a photo of his filled job card.

                  Again I have been calling and following up with your useless customer support since then, and there has been no progress.

                  I get the same rubbish answer that "technician visit is scheduled." I have told 5 agents that the technician visited already, here's the job card, even the Sony Service Centre offered to do a conference call with the Flipkart Customer Support, but your amazing customer support didn't even do that.

                  Now Flipkart is asking me to wait for 5 more days in the hope of a resolution.

                  Not once has anybody from Flipkart reached out to me, either by email or text or call. Each and every time, i have to go to the app and request a call back, and wait until they call me.

                  Is this the way you treat a paying customer?

                  The TV has been lying in it's box, useless, for the past 7 days, and i have no communication from you guys even on whether you will replace it or not.

                  I will raise this issue on every forum possible if I do not get a replacement or a refund in the next 2 days.

                    I have raised a ticket for my marq washing machine repair on 21-04-22. that was cancelled due to the wrong pin code- after I call your customer support person told this and suggested to change it.(if it is wrong how you delivered it to us). Again a new ticket was rasied, that was also cancelled wrong part ordered by the engineer - check below snapshot of email copy. these are happened because of your insufficient job (you can check the job sheet) and finally a ticket was created on 2-5-22.

                    Daily I have at least a call with flipkart brand support regarding an update on my ticket. Everytime I get wrong information from them.

                    there is big miscommunication from to flipkar brand support and jeeves support side, from jeeves side too.

                    I am receiving the messages daily, part delivered engineer assigned. But i didnt get calls from your support team.

                    These are support engineers details:
                    1. Phanindra kumar ( ******) - when i called him he said, he was not assigned to this ticket ..then why i received a message from you.
                    2. Sk ALi ( *********) - he called me and told me that he was assigned this ticket and he will come today, What is the time now? still not got the call from you and when i call, he not lifting the call and when i tried with different number, he lift the phone and saying that he is on leave.
                    3. Reddy ( *******) - he called me and informed me that an engineer will come. When I tried to ask him for information, he said don't call me.

                    they have taken almost a month to fixing the issue, still not fixed.

                    Whose mistake is above the message and who is suffering? Why should we extend warranty for any of the products?
                    Can you extend your unsupported days to the warranty period?

                    we dont know, how to cancel my extended warranty for any product?

                    If filpkart are incapable of providing the service please let me know, I can talk to a local vendor to fix it.

                    i have faced similar issue with filpkart brand products. I have purchased thomson air cooler fom filpkar. after using 6 months i have an issue with it. I have updateed to Flipkar. After 1 and half year i got support.

                        I purchased Thomson TV from flipkart which recd. on 19-Apr-22 & Installed by their vendor (Jeeve's) on 21-Apr-22, After 2 days we notice that TV Screen is blinking when connecting with D2H, I complaint at flipkart on 24-Apr-22 within their Return policy, They Appointed their vendor (Jeeves) for technician visit, who visited on 27-Apr-22 and 29-Apr-22.
                        But issue could not resolved by the technician and informed me that there is an issue with D2H, I urged them to check this D2H with my earlier TV and the technician checked that D2H was perfectly working with my old TV.
                        The Technician made video of the issue and send to their superior who also talked and told me that your D2H will have to change. Then asked them If my D2H is working fine with my old TV then why should I change my D2H. He rudely talked me that I have no other option, 1st you change the D2H then we will check again.
                        But I did not understand that If D2H have no issue with my old LED TV then why will I change & expend more Rs. 2000/- and sill there is no guarantee that after changing new D2H my issue will be resolved.

                        There after Flipkart has rejected my return request with no justification and I am chasing my complaints every day.. Continuously they are closing my complaint without resolving the issue.

                        I am being harassed by Flipkart who delivered defective product and even not accepting my refund request.

                        We have family and two kids they are not able to watch their cartoon shows since last 1 month and complaining me.

                        I am very disappointed and annoyed with such incident. Please help me to take refund from flipkart.

                        I am updating late reply on this issue. It had resolved after 2 months rigorous follow ups, we recorded the defect infront of technician and forwarded as a acknowledgment of defective product. the flipkart arranged a pick from and initiated refund after 5 days.

                          I have ordered Bed Mattress from the Flipkart on 2nd May 2022 paying through credit card,
                          Order No.: OD[protected]
                          The product should be Delivered by 12th May 2022.
                          But the product has not been delivered yet, i have complained to customer care regarding this.
                          They told me that within 3 days resolution will be done - but no resolution has been done as of date.
                          Fed up with the service and called customer care to cancel the order - but they could not cancel as they mentioned company policy would restrict it.

                          i dont know why the resolution date keeps on changing - if any resolution doesn't happen - the product should be cancelled automatically and get refund back .

                          Unlike flipkart is going on changing resolution deadline dates as their wish and make me wait till the days pass on by.

                          Even the customer care behaviour is not good, after listening to the issue they will put on hang for providing better service - dont know immediately why the call gets disconnected and need to do call the customer care again and again,

                          At Present situation is like_

                          1. Iam sleeping on the floor due to the delayed product delivery from flipkart.
                          2. Could not cancel the order even though the product is getting delayed delivery as the company policy restricts.
                          3. left with credit card bill to be paid with no product taken as of date or neither cancel the order.
                          4. could not purchase the product any where else due to the payment stuck at flipkart.

                          I expect speedy resolution from Flipkart end and solve my problem asap.

                              I wrongly generated the voucher codes for flipkart orders. & now it is showing I need to pay EMI on next month. please cancel these voucher codes. I dont want to buy anything right now.

                                My order was to be delivered on 9th May. Then suddenly from 5th May there was no update in the app. I was worried so I called the customer care executive so they said that it will get delivered by 9th May. Then they changed the date to 12 th May. Then on 13th customer care executive said the product will get delivered by 13th May. Now they have changed the date to 17th May but yet there is no update about it. Also they are offering me to cancel the product and reorder with 2000 rs voucher. But the price of product has already increased by 10000 rs. If I cancel it now they will say that the customer only cancelled the order. I am writing this complaint here just to give them a last chance after that I will proceed to Consumer Court. I have faced a lot of losses because of the product being delayed.
