You people are harassing me. I have made 40+ calls to the Flipkart Customer Support team over the past 6-7 days. There has been no progress on my replacement.
I have paid you almost Rs. 60, 000 and I regret it.
You delivered a damaged product to me, the Sony Installation Team informed me of this after they set it up. Panel is damaged internally. I requested a replacement the same day (Tuesday, 10th). Since then I have been following up every day with you, but your customer support is absolutely hopeless.
Another Sony technician visited 2 days ago, 12th May. He checked the TV, informed me of the same thing. Panel internally damaged, cannot be used. I took a photo of his filled job card.
Again I have been calling and following up with your useless customer support since then, and there has been no progress.
I get the same rubbish answer that "technician visit is scheduled." I have told 5 agents that the technician visited already, here's the job card, even the Sony Service Centre offered to do a conference call with the Flipkart Customer Support, but your amazing customer support didn't even do that.
Now Flipkart is asking me to wait for 5 more days in the hope of a resolution.
Not once has anybody from Flipkart reached out to me, either by email or text or call. Each and every time, i have to go to the app and request a call back, and wait until they call me.
Is this the way you treat a paying customer?
The TV has been lying in it's box, useless, for the past 7 days, and i have no communication from you guys even on whether you will replace it or not.
I will raise this issue on every forum possible if I do not get a replacement or a refund in the next 2 days.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
