I ordered Apple iPhone 16 Pro (Desert Titanium, 128 GB) for ₹77, 501 on 22-Sep-2025 from Flipkart (seller: TrueComRetail), Order ID: [OD[protected]]. The order was confirmed, but after 10 days of waiting it was cancelled on 03-Oct-2025 citing “logistical constraints.”
This amounts to deficiency in service and has caused mental harassment, loss of time, and inconvenience.
Relief requested: deliver the same product at the same price or refund (if any amount was charged), plus compensation for mental agony and costs.
