I had ordered a “cello Pack of 19 Opalware Lush Fiesta Dinner Set with order id
OD[protected]” on 2nd October 2021 from Flipkart.
The price of the product is ₹756 + 50SC and the promised delivery date was 7th October but due to some unknown reason, the product was not shipping still 12 October 2021.
During this time, I contacted customer care several times but I was given a new delivery date every time.
Finally, the order is shipped on 13th October 2021 and is to be delivered by 21st October 2021.
Today 16th October Flipkart cancelled my order without my knowledge.
Then I contacted to Flipkart customer support helpline to find out why my order was cancelled and they gave the reason for cancellation is the product is damaged during shipping and they repeatedly ask to reorder the product, but the thing is, the price of the product much higher than the price for which I ordered the product.
The product I ordered on ₹756 + 50SC and now current price is ₹1, 229.
I have waited so long for this product and have talked to customer care so many times about when the product was delivered because I really needed the product right now but Flipkart cancelled the order without any information.
I admit that what has happened so far has been due to some kind of technical problems or difficulty to delivered from courier service or seller side and could be such a problem and I admit its not so serious issues.
But today 16th October in the morning I ordered a “Flipkart SmartBuy Induction Bottom Pan 26 cm diameter with order id ##OD[protected]” and in the evening I received an SMS and I noticed that the order was cancelled again as before without my knowledge.
I immediately called the customer care helpline and was informed that the product had been cancelled due to a price error but the order section shows the cause of the cancellation is Since the item went out of stock, it was cancelled and Item cancelled by the seller.
I ordered the product on ₹189 + 10SC and the current price is ₹899.
I now realize that I have been deceived by Flipkart I have wasted my precious time and I have been emotionally harassed and cheated by Flipkart.
You have no right to harass the customer by cancelling their order after placing the orders and Your behaviour is insulting to customers and is against consumer law.
I have been a regular customer of yours since 2014 and this is my first time with such a horrible experience from your side and really, I was not prepared for such an experience.
So My humble request to you is to reopen the cancelled orders and deliver the order at the price for which I placed the order.
I hope you understand the whole thing and take needful action as soon as possible.
