I am filing this complaint against Flipkart for their repeated failure to resolve my issue regarding a defective product and the unjust cancellation of my return request.
I ordered a HAVELLS Prolife Stellar Chef Air Fryer (Order ID: OD[protected] which was delivered late and found to be defective. I initiated a replacement request well within the return eligibility period. However, the replacement was delayed multiple times and got stuck at the warehouse since 9 October 2025.
Despite raising multiple complaints and an incident (IN[protected]), Flipkart failed to take any corrective action. After more than 15 days of follow-ups, they have now cancelled my return request citing seller policy — even though the issue was reported on time and the product is unusable.
I have attached a screenshot showing the cancellation notice and tracking history for reference.
My demands:
Immediate reinstatement of the return/replacement request.
A confirmed resolution within 24 hours.
Accountability from Flipkart’s escalation team.
If Flipkart fails to respond, I will escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline, legal forums, and social media platforms.
