[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart delayed in refund

I ordered a lenovo laptop from flipkart with my sbi credit card. I cancelled it on 15th october 2019 because of some reason. Then i got update from flipkart that i will get my money in my credit with in 8 days.

After the completion of 8 days, i called to customer care, they told me that seller forgot to update your refund status, and he updated it today, now refund will again take 8 buisness days to get reflected in your account.

And the customer support executive told me this is because sbi team take that much time for updation. I was seriously surprise with this answer. The flipkart team are blocking my money for more than 20 days. I am seriously disappointed with this.
