Updated by sansakh Still no response and am getting emails that we are checking. Further, they say we were unable to connect even thought I have never recieved a call from them. Are there any higher management people who work in flipkart and check this kind of complaints. More than 6-7 months for getting the flipkart billing sorted, if I would not have paid the emi then they would have taken a quick action to suspend the account and recovery process. Is anyone working at flipkart or they have bots auto responder. Very bad service

Updated by sansakh Every day am receiving the below messages.. It like an automated replies and some calls where in the person calling ask to provide information about the entire things happened so far since November 2021

Updated by sansakh Such a worst service. Attached is the email that I had sent way back in December. After so many interaction and daily 3-4 calls...flipkart people need to compensate on this.. 6 months everyday I have spent around an hours explaining the inefficient flipkart staff that the payment has been done in November itself. Such a shame on such big company that they don't have people who understand what process they need to follow to fix a simple issue. Any higher authority person available in flipkart please action my compensation request asap.

Updated by sansakh I would suggest everyone to stay away from such scams or else you will end up spending your days explaining people the same thing again and again. They will just comment we are from collection department we know nothing
