I have ordered MIVI collar 2A Bluetooth Headset from Flipkart on 1st of April 2022, i have received the product on 6th of April, later than i used the product and the sound is lagging too much, i have tried the headphones with other mobiles, i have tried charging the device, even after full charge the sound is lagging, at that point i am so frustrated with the device and i checked that i am eligible to return it so i requested a return on 12th of April and return got approved and pickup was expected on 14th of April, till than i waited for somebody from flipkart courier partners to come and pickup, but no came and i have got a message from courier partner that pickup rejected for product mismatched and there is the point that no one from courier partners come to me or even they didn't try to contact me and they are saying that product mismatched after that i have contacted flipkart customer care they put me on hold and didn't give a satisfying reply, they said that someone from courier partner will pick the product by tomorrow but later no one come to me and i was trying to contact that pickup guy whose number came into the message from courier partners out for pick up message, but no one came i tried again to contact flipkart customer care but they are just saying that we processed your complaint with our courier partners but nothing happened.
