[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart empty box received of apple airpods pro

I ordered Apple Airpods pro on[protected], and I received an empty box. I filed a complaint on Flipkart regarding the same, 5 mins after the product was delivered. Flipkart replied to me on[protected], and said that they'll be filing an FIR and i gave my consent, on the next day, I received a call from their representative explaining the same.

On[protected], flipkart rejected my request saying
"We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact."
but I never received any product in the box.

I checked the empty box for a serial number and checked it with Apple's website and found the airpods had not been used. But the plastic cover on the box was so old that all the text was faded even at the time of delivery.

Flipkart has scammed me, they waited for the return window to end and then rejected my request for my refund, the team was not helpful at all and now I'm stuck with an empty box and my money is with Flipkart.

Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the reference number (357790) using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.

The same issue has happened with me Siddharth. Please help me as to how I should proceed as well. Flipkart is outright scamming users, even when I am a Flipkart Plus Consumer and purchased a Flipkart Assured Product.
