Updated by Anuditya Recently I received 2 products by Flipkart and that product is defective and I have return policy by Flipkart but when I raise return process that time my Flipkart account showing me to blocked..please contact the customer care ..after that I was contact them.but not respond ..and now what I do and how to change or replace or return my that defective item.

And they promised to me that they have return policy 😒..but after received defect item they are not receiving item and my account had been blocked by your system.
As per your concern if this is your guideline for return policy so why do you not showing before login to your site.if you shows this type of condition that time I have not return high no of product.we are a joint family and many family members lives with so it may be it happens more return on Flipkart.
