I have booked ticket for april 3rd from cochin to guhavaty, but airline cancelled the ticket, so they told me they have refunded money already to flip kart, they will refund you, but due to corona virus lock down no one is picking call from flip kart, no one is replying through email also, and if i go to flip kart travel booking and they are saying that indigo will refund the money but how?? I did not book any ticket with indigo. I already frustrated with the service of flip kart. Whenever i email them to refund my amount they start to tell difference procedures by different executives. For a big company like flip kart is not suit for the kind of behaviours.. So please consider my request and refund my amount of air ticket at your earliest opportunity

    Over 80% flipkart product is not being delivered in my pin code as it saying out of stock for this address. My pin code is 712139 similar issue is happening with 712136 as well but the same product is being delivered on 712135. This is really a challenging being home for a long we brought most of the product is online now this issue surely restricted our family acess towards shopping clothes and other accessories. Please take a look into this

      Points i want to put in place are
      1. Table has a manufacturing defect, wrong alignment of screw, wooden mica is torn, table top has scratches.
      2. Technician who visited yesterday was unprofessional.
      3. He offered 500 inr to keep the defected table.
      4. He even commented and giggled from where i belong, what language i
      Speak, what race i am. Not acceptable
      5. He discussed with the person along with him that they will update that
      The issue is fixed and customer not happy. I challenge anyone from your
      Team (Not a single unmanned personal in my house) to visit my place and see if the issue is fixed or not.
      7. I have already spoken to customer care twice and all i get a
      Humiliation, waste of time, loss of temper, lack of peace by ordering a
      Simple table from flipkart.
      8. All i want now is take this table from my house and initiate a refund as
      I will not speak to seller or his personal any further.

        Booked flight via flipkart travel from delhi to bangalore for travel date 2 april 2020.
        Booking id: ff200xxxxxx3670
        Due to lockdown flight cancelled. I called flipkart and asked for refund and they told me to contact airline (Spice jet). I contacted airline and they have refunded amount to the travel agency. I received confirmation mail from spicejet.
        But now flipkart is telling me that they have not received refund from airline and also flipkart is not providing me any details regarding what communication is going on between them and airlines. From flipkart side this issue is pending for more than 1 month now and they are not giving me any details. Attaching mail communication.
        It seems like flipkart has tie-up with third party booking agencies and agencies are booking ticket on flipkart behalf. But when it comes to cancellation then flipkart is not providing any support. They are simply sitting on my money and now i am unable to reach their customer support as well.
        Flipkart has broken my trust.

              Hello there

              I am a plus member of flipkart since more than a year. I have played many games in the past on flipkart and have won many supercoins in the last two months.

              But the worst thing is that i have not got any supercoins credited to my account.

              And more than that another worst thing is that i am not able to play games on my flipkart since two weeks because after my winnings flipkart has blocked my account for playing games.

              Therefore i request you to please look into this matter and help me to play games on flipkart again. And please credit all my supercoins which i have won by playing fake or not game.

              Please unblock my account.

              Give all my rewards and credit all the supercoins which i have earned while playing.

              If flipkart wont give my rewards and wont unblock my account then i will deactivate my plus member account and close all my relations with flipkart.

              And here i request everyone who is reading this message that it's time for us to unite against flipkart's unfair policy o[censored]nnecessary blocking of accounts and not giving them rewards and prizes only because the people are winning in the games. It's time to unite and complain to flipkart.

                    Hi, I ordered Supermarket grocery items from Flipkart, which i received on 07th Sept'2020, wherein there were products which was missing. When i spoke to the customer care about the issue they said it will get refund and resolve within 3 days. Since 5 days i am following up with them, but the same response i am receiving. There is no clarity whether i will get the refund or my products. I asked for Manager's email id, but they didn't provided with. I tried to call that delivery boy too, but it was switched off. If m not getting the products/refund, i will be in loss.
                    Please help me in getting solving this issue.

                      Hello!! This is sachin from coimbatore district, i have ordered a mobile phone from flipkart.. The name of the product is realme 6 pro (Lightning blue).. It is an 8/128gb variant... This specific product is given to flipkart by konde products and services private limited.. This item has been requested for return due to technical issues in this specific product.. And i am clearly notifying you that i have requested for return before the return period is over.. A consumer care company named jeeves consumer services has arranged a technical visit on september14, 2020.. By flipkart.. They haven't come for technical visit and fakely updated that the issue has been resolved by trouble shooting and flipkart has rejected my return request.. As the problem is not resolved i am appealing you for refunding me by taking the product given by you

                      This issue is arranged for a technician visit by jeeves... Flipkart has updated that it will happen before September 14, 2020...but no technical visit happened and the refund request has been rejected... I am requesting Flipkart to take back the product... With all original branded accessories given as it is delivered.. Please take back the product... My humble request..

                        I have ordered product from flipkart on 31st August and it reached my location on 2nd September but no further updates after calling the customer service they said some internal issues with the delivery centre.On September 12th the product showed out of delivery option at afternoon then in evening without any notice through message or contact the product got cancelled and I contacted the customer service they said reorder the product as the product is returning back to the seller and the reorder will take again 10 days

                        Please provide my product back as I bought it through flash sale after 10 attempts

                          I ordered a earbud named realme buds q but instead of that, i got a box on which there was written realme buds plus (And there are no official earbuds by the name of that.) and in that i got a damaged simple earphones. I complained 8 times and the wishmaster came only 3 times and he always said that image is not matching so he cant take it but i properly mentioned the problem. Now i have tried 2 times more but flipkart is only cancelling. So my money has been wasted.

                            I have ordered an item from Flipkart dated on 1 sept they show 4 September delivery date. On 4 sept they change it to 5 sept. On 5 September they change it to 11 sept. And now they are not giving any update on app and i complained 2 times and they told me to wait till 16 and i asked for garuntee delivery so they ask just wait and when i told to connect with higher authority so they denied and there behaviour was also not good. They don't care about my concern. After many days they only telling me date to wait and same reply was for 11 th sept and after that no update.

                              I ordered a wooden plant table from Flipkart on 4th septmer 2020 and have recieved the order on 9 September. The product is completely damaged and rotten (fungus is present on the entire wood) and also, brand name cannot be confirmed on the product. I filed a complaint on the same day I recieved this product. It's been 4th time that the pickup is attempted and rejected by the courier boy because there is no brand name present on the product. I have registered a complaint to the customer executives of flipkart but there is no solution provided to me. 16th sept is the last day I can ask for a return.

                                    I have puchase i phone from flipkart site order no - od[protected], my order marked as delivered at flipkart, but i did not got shipment of my i phone se 64 gb and a complaint filed on 02, 09, 2020 but till date i did not get any solution of my problem regarding the order i had placed. I had contact flipkart customer care service on daily basis but there was no positive response from the customer service. They are just giving assurance about resolving the problem but on ground reality nothing is happening. The flipkart customer service had given assurance that my problem will be solved as on date 08.09.2020 but after contacting them on 07. Sept 20, they have informed that i have to wait till 12 sep'20 regarding this problem. I have already paid the amount rs.35999/- for this order and also paying the emi to the bank.

                                        I ordered a product on flipkart on 25th july 2020 and the product is not received till date 12 sept 2020.
                                        But while i check my orders section in flipkart app, it is saying the product has been delivered on 6 august 2020.
                                        I have called the customer care and all they did was raise a complaint telling me to wait 3 days. Now its sep 12 and still there is no whereabouts on the product.
