I had ordered 2 taj mahal tea packets of 500 g each. It was costing a total of 413 on flipkart, actual price was 500/. When i opened one of the packets, it was a total fake tea. One can easily understand the aroma, taste and texture of the tea. This tea didnt had any tea leaves in it. I was irresponsicle of not checking the comments which were negative and asking people not to buy. Also, the cost on the packet was 320/ while in the market, mrp of same tea is 260/. When i contacted customer escaltions they rejected my claim saying the seller doesnt accept returns. First of all the the seller is selling fake products and flipkart is taking the side of the seller. I told them i have two packets, one i had opened, and flipkart can send someone and open the other packet and check themselves if it is fake or not.
Before this i had orderd lipton darjeeling tea, i thought to open that also, since once i was cheated. Even that also is fake, no aroma and taste. If by consuming these fake products something happens, will flipkart take the responsibility? I want by refund.

Hence, the seller will not be able to honor your return request.

Updated by Niazi So, this means you meant to say that your seller is right and customer is wrong. Just check the reviews of the product on the page and then reply. It was my ill fate that I ordered in place of seeing bad reviews. Most of the people have given bad reviews. Also, I have asked your team also, that send some person and get it checked. As, I still have one of the packed packets. I know, how your delivery persons sell products in the market.
