Replaced product again damaged on delivery

This issue has been going on since 07.08.2020 (Initial order date) but still it didn't get resolved & so, i am once again here to take the help of this forum for it's quick disposal. The facts are hereby provided chronologically for better understanding:

I ordered a pair of shoes of rs 394 using flipkart pay later. On ncxt day i paid my bill of rs 394. Due to poor quality of shoes i returned the product and after that flipkart has blocked my account. I registered a complaint that i want my money back but they said that it ll credited into your pay later account. As my account is blocked i am not able to get my money back.in this way flipkart cheated me for rs 394.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Please instruct your delivery agents to keep open the wraped and roped packets at the time of pay on delivery at the door step of the customer observing social distance rule This will let the customer know what about with in the packets.If required have a photo of the product.Thanks

    I was ordering a mobile back cover for samsung j7 max on flipkart. I filled out everything. Then i chose to pay using debit card and the bank was central bank of india. The amount has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. Then i contacted with them via need help option and they informed me that it will take 24 hours to resolve. 24 hours have passed but no solution has been found. What should i do?

      I ordered a panasonic p101 black mobile handset from flipkart vide order no
      Od[protected] dt 15/09/2020.
      I received a panasonic gold handset on 21/09/2020. Also, the charger has a square pin adapter which is not as per indian standards.
      Subsequently i requested a return/replacement on 21/09/2020 vide replacement id[protected].
      Till date flipkart has not arranged for any replacement/refund.
      Kindly look into the issue.

        1. On[protected] i selected and purchased a product (Asics shoes) order id: od[protected], from my registered flipkart id and paid the total amount of rupees 13, 999 for the product while purchasing itself. 2. Flipkart is asking and forcing me to give consent and my personal confidential documents (Aadhar card, pan card) scanned copies to get my return request accepted. 3. As a normal common man, i was also worried about my confidential documents. I don't want to misuse my personal information by giving to flipkart or other third parties. Because of this issue till now they are harassing me by rejecting my return requests and not giving refund or replacement also. 4. One thing i want to know is why are these people asking customers confidential documents for returning a simple item and making it mandatory? 5. Why should a customer need to give his aadhar card or pan card for returning the products? I was really fed up with this issue and wasting time and painful moments losing patience because of neglecting behaviour of flipkart. Thank you.

        Flipkart is asking me Aadhaar n PAN details again n again. No resolution is being provided since 2 weeks. Mylast day to return item is 1st week of cotober. How long shoud a customer wait for a simple return. Flipkart is turning into a hell of a platform for customer harrassment. I will like to convey to all consumers to stay away from this website and use Amazon instead.

Tv have many problems from installation date, this tv use chinise parts, when i know this, i am tried to return, but flipkart canceled my return, i am trying to get some help from bpl and flipkart.             Use to shop from flipkart many years…
            I use to shop from flipkart many years and was really good customer... But at the end way how i was treated from flipkart is bad and show that they don't give vallue of thier customer and customer help is pathetic and horrible.
            I got delievery and was asked to pay. I did my payment via pay link provided from flipkart courier service instakart. Paiment was successful (I did it many times and it's routine, nothing new) and coruier saw my paiment but start ask me for otp which k didn't get and i cannot generate myself of course. So he was very rude with me as well as his manager (I asked to call to my moble as due covid situation i don't want come near courier and speak from his mobile). So at the end courier left took money from my account and didn't give me my orders. I complain many times to customer care but i got only sorry from them and no action. Money debited from my account. They not accept it and i said i can give u prove and screed shoot or my bank statement... But they believe unprofessional courier and really no vallue of customer. It's horrible and pathetic.
            They not accept that they took money from me and don't want to clean with thier coruier, which see my money but unprofessional don't do any action to refund

            I have never such isse with amazon or myntra.

                I place order 10th. My order delivery date 17th. After call from flip cart it's late
                You revived your order before 20th. I call to flip cart assistance and generate query. It's give me 24th. After i was call and his give me 28th. Today my order was cancelled and i call to flip card assistance he tell me it's cancel by seller.
                All most 15 day i was waiting and after it's cancel. It's total ford with customer. I frustrate. Please resolve my problem. My order id is : od[protected].

                  Ending nearly one month of the incident, I still find Flipkart team as immensely helpless, unprofessional and senseless when it comes to resolve even the simplest issue.

                  I tried sharing every detail with them as coordinated with the bank but still, it was more like a helpless effort.

                  I have placed an order on Flipkart on 31 August from a prepaid debit card for which I have been charged for INR699 from my card.
                  After 5-7 mins, I canceled the same order and ever since then I'm expecting Flipkart to refund the same money.

                  Since then I'm struggling every single day with the Flipkart customer support team to get it to resolve but they're not willingly prepared to help but even go beyond claiming that its my fault that I shop on Flipkart.

                  Strange, Absurd... Isn't it?

                  With the hope of reaching someone who could help in resolving or taking necessary actions in this entire incident, asap.

                    I have bought a huawei band 4 on 20th sep'20 and the product delivered on 22nd. I opened the package and found that the display of the watch is damaged. There is a blue color damage inside the lcd on right top corner. I place a replace request.
                    On 24th the courier partner replaced me the product with a new box. I gave the previous box with all in the box. When i opened the box that i receive after coming into my room, i was shocked that the inner package was already opened and there is a duplicate green color sticker with bar code pasted on it. I opened the box and found that there is no band but papers are there of the smart band. Someone took out from that. Then i placed for a refund and submitted the request. Today at night i got an email that the refund request rejected. Without my fault my money is gone with such a big brand and company. I called customer care and they told me that the refund request is not closed but it has been closed from the app and in the app it was updated as refund rejected. I don't know what that means. I am completely out of my mind that whats going on. No emails from flipkart for further details providing or any contact. Only getting emails that issue resolved where there is no contact to me from anyone. Please take some action and help me out.

                    Till no call from flipkart and no one contacted me and the issue got resolved. I lost the product, i didnt get the refund also. flipkart is doing a fraud business with fraud sellers. Please help me regarding this.

                          I brought lenevo tablet from flipkart, the product is not useful for us as per requirement due application hanging, product getting heated, battery drained out quickly and camera resolution is bad.
                          As per flipkart policy, product can be returned withing 7- days, i raise request next day and 4 time they have rejected my return request after several discussion.
                          I need help to get this resolved.

                                  I have ordered a laptop worth 33, 000 on 12th sep 2020 on flipkart. While ordering they promised delivery date as 15th sep 2020 and again with out any notice and proper reason they themselves rescheduled the order delivery to 20th sep 2020 and today 25th sep 2020. My product is not even packed from seller. This order is prepaid and i paid my full amount 8500 as gift cards (This gift cards only purchased to buy laptop as my credit card limit is only 25, 000) and 24500 from credit card. I have complained and raised many quires at flipkart help center but no response from the team and without resolving the issue they themselves marked it as resolved and closed the issue very disappointed with the flipkart and no proper customer service for every time i raised a complaint they will seek 48 hrs to resolve the issue but no improvements observed. Pls help in this regard and
                                  Instruct flipkart to deliver the product with in 3 days. As it was already delayed by 2 weeks and on the other hand i have very much pressure from the company for laptop (But flipkart making all the nonsense and making my character bad at my company for this silly reason) please take necessary action and instruct flipkart team to deliver my product within 3 days as they promised with all accessories and complimentary free laptop bag.

                                      Flipkart has missed its promise for twice with me..I have ordered APC Back-UPS on 18th Sept'20 which costs around Rs.5700, and it was supposed to be delivered to me by 23rd Sept'20. But Flipkart has missed the first promise and they have promised me again to deliver it to me by 25th Sept'20. But, again they have not delivered the product on 25th Sept.

                                      I think there are some liars sitting in the flipkart customer support who doesnt give you correct information. To convince the customer, I think they have been trained to tell lie with the customers. Not at all happy with the delivery/flipkart. Hope, at least now flipkart should take some action against those employees who's not doing their jobs properly. Some of the employees in flipkart customer support are there simply to sit, eat and sleep. Whatever you ask they will have only one answer with them, and the same would be repeating again and again. They do not even use their brains.
                                      I am so sorry to give you this kind of information but I really got frustrated with your service.
