Flipkart — Flipkart flight booking pending

On 18th may, i did a flight booking on flipkart travel with booking id:[protected]
My money got deducted and it shown a message booking confirmed with flipkart and pending with airlines.

It's shocking, that i received a message in next 15 minutes saying the booking failed.

This is very unprofessional to do the booking, deduct the money and then send a message saying "sorry your booking is failed". What i am left with is 1) rs. 9152/- stuck with flipkart for at least a 12 days
2) every 2 days, they says your issue will solve within 24 hrs, but still my refund amount not received
3) caused a lot of inconvenience & mental stress.
4) a useless customer care who does not know anything but to say sorry.
I added the screenshots of the booking and transactions.

I am looking for a penalty of this unprofessional behavior along with refund of my money at the earliest.
