I am unable to access any of the games for the last couple of days. When i try to enter into the game, it says 'something went wrong, we encourage fair play in line with terms and conditions'. I don't know why the problem occurred. Please resolve my problem and let me access games through my flipkart account as iam a regular customer of flipkart.. Sep 27, 2019 Updated by arunjith45 Ok sir. But actually I haven't done any fraudulent activity. I have a Flipkart account with registered mob no.[protected]. I used this account to play games in Flipkart App through my Samsung mobile. But when I forced to format/reset my mobile due to hanging issue, and when I reinstalled and logged into my own Flipkart account, the problem began and the error msg was shown. After that I tried with my sister's account in my phone to check whether that was a network issue or software issue. I don't want to do any fraudulent activity with my Flipkart account. Iam using Flipkart for many years sincerely (please check my history). So I humbly request to reconsider my problem and resolve the same as soon as possible so that I can enter into the game zone once again.
