I have ordered Grocery from Flipkart minutes delivery and the amount was deducted from my SBI Account, but order was not placed. The customer care agent asked me to contact bank for receiving the amount even when it was clearly seen in the UPI transaction that payment was successful. Also, when contacted bank they have given confirmation on successful payment transaction to Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd and provided the account no and IFSC code of Flipkart for initiating the refund from Flipkart. Upon contacting Flipkart again, by sharing the UPI transaction ID and other details provided by bank, I had the worst experience with customer care agents in spite of calling them several times to get an update on the payment status, agents end the call or chat process and update the help center issues as Resolved. This can't be taken lightly. And now I could see that the order ID status which was seen as pending until now has been removed from my order List, this seems to be a kind of scam that is happening within the team. Resolve this issue immediately as next step for initiating refund would be filing a consumer complaint. Was this information helpful? |
