[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart misroute (same city misrouted)

I ordered a mobile from flipkart and have to shipped in 2days and it has been 7days and they are playing with me "misroute (Same city misrouted)" and saying to wait for another 2 business days or 24 hours.
I got my previous items to the same address within time but for this order they are saying pincode is wrong and telling to wait 24hrs and the shipment will be delivered and till now my order is not getting shipped. Please help me

Order got delivered
I had order Sony tv 24inch on 13th July 2018 as per Flipkart deliver date is 23th July 2018 but yet I did not received my item, called customer care many time 1st they told they had made a complaint my problem will be solved by 27th July, again I called today they asking me to waiting till 31st July, Flipkart is playing with customer and giving fake details about delivery
Hey flipkart, I took a day off because my order was going to be delivered today. But when it was at my nearest hub, how could it is misrouted when the distance from the hub and my place is just about 30 min. I could go and fetch the item by myself. Tell me if there is something I can do. That's so careless of you guys. It's an order of 80k . Not a small amount for a student who lives in a hostel. My parents are not gonna be here if something messes up. So I had to take a day off. How many more days off will it take you too maintain your service properly.
I ordered one soundbar from flipkart on 8th Nov and was supposed to get delivered in 2 days. Its been a week now and i have not recieved the product yet.

Their customer support is useless and none of them is able to tell when i will recieve my product. The tracking details shown in the app is now a mess . The shipment is now being carried to a different route irrespective of the destination. Worst delivery by Ekart and Flipkart, I would have been ordered from amazon .
