[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart my order is delayed since many days & no update from flipkart team

Dear sir,
It is to bring to your notice regarding an issue on my order.
Order details as follows:
Order id: od[protected] item)
Order date: sat, sep 23rd ’17 7:55 pm
Product: perfect homes by flipkart julian 3 door wardrobe.
Delivery scheduled was between 8 am – 10 pm on wed, oct 4th ’17
I am still waiting for the product & there is no update/answer from customer care team.
I have contacted the flipkart customer care for numerous times but still no resolution
Every time your associate promised me to deliver within 24 hours or “as early as possible” but no resolution till now
This service of you is irresponsible and totally unsatisfactory.
It is on your part to make our order deliver as soon as possible because this irresponsible attitude of your customer care executives brings down the image of flipkart.
I am expecting some compensation from you against the loss which i have suffered or at least a resolution of the issue at the earliest.
