[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart not completing my installation

My order id od[protected] for voltas 1.5 ton 4 star bee rating 2018 inverter ac - white (184vszs, copper condenser) deliverd on 15/apr/2018 by prepaid rs.36000/-. Product is delivered but still i am waiting for the installation, i make so many calls to flipkart but not able to get any resolution yet, its about to 13 days after delivery and i required that asap but not getting any proper response from flipkart.

Updated by rishcool I got a call from Flipkart support, but doesn't get any resolution yet, they don't even know the complete issue and what their customer support promise me.

I have mailed to the customer support too but didn't get any response, just got the news that Sunday they having off. and customer support promise me date of sunday.
