I purchased an iphone on 9th July at a cost of Rs.28, 999. The phone was delivered on 10th July. The phone came with minor screen damages and was in a used condition. The original iphone box was also tampered.
Within 5min of delivery, I requested a return. I did not even bother to power on the phone seeing the externally poor condition.
Five days have passed since my return request and Flipkart is not activating on the request despite follow ups. They have just changed status to "return requested" in the Flipkart App.
on 15th July I was able to get in touch with Flipkart support on phone and demanded a case opened. I suspect their intend as there is no definite action from them except asking me to wait.
I have added the photos oh the phone. This was even before I touched it.
The seller shown in Flipkart is NGIVR RETAIL
