Flipkart — Flipkart not Processing the replacement of my laptop and also try to dely the process

Complaint against defective laptop and deficiency in service – ASUS TUF F15 (Order ID: OD[protected]
Details of the Complaint:
1. I purchased an ASUS TUF F15 laptop from Flipkart on 24/07/2025 under the EMI option.
2. Upon first use, I noticed a dead pixel on the screen, indicating a manufacturing defect.
3. I reported the issue to both Flipkart and ASUS within the replacement period.
4. An ASUS technician visited on 31/07/2025, confirmed the defect, and issued a DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate – Certificate No. OITCHEP7A237107, dated 26/07/2025, valid for 30 days.
5. Flipkart scheduled their own technician visit on 09/08/2025 for verification.
6. On [5th august 2025], Flipkart requested the DOA certificate, which I submitted immediately.
7. Despite repeated follow-ups on [31st July 2025, 5th august 2025, 9th august 2025, 10th august 2025, 11th august 2025 ], Flipkart has neither processed the replacement nor provided a written update.
8. Flipkart’s customer care repeatedly shifts responsibility to ASUS, while ASUS confirms that the DOA has been issued and it is Flipkart’s duty to replace the product.
9. This delay appears deliberate and risks expiry of the DOA’s 30-day validity, forcing me into warranty repair instead of rightful replacement.
Grounds for Complaint:
• Deficiency in service under Section 2(11) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• Unfair trade practice under Section 2(47), by delaying replacement despite valid DOA.
• Violation of consumer’s right to prompt redressal for defective goods under Section 6.
Relief Sought:
1. Need Refund or Immediate replacement of the defective ASUS TUF F15 laptop with a brand-new, defect-free unit.
2. Compensation of ₹50, 000 for mental harassment, loss of time, and inconvenience caused.
3. Refund of any legal or incidental costs incurred in pursuing this complaint.
4. Direction to Flipkart and ASUS to improve their DOA handling process to avoid such harassment.

now regardng tech visit staus update Asus saying its pending from Flipkart end and Flipkart Says its from Asus End.
replacement is delayed and kept on hold
And Flipkart not helping at all.
