[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart not received cashback of rs.8000 to my hdfc credit card as promised by flipkart | |||
Hi, I had purchased google pixel 2 phone on flipkart on jul 16th 2018 with hdfc credit card.. And there was an offer rs.8000 cashback on hdfc credit card and the cash back should be credited by 20th jan and i haven't received the cash back amount of rs.8000. When i called flipkart they said the bank is now responsible and when i mailed hdfc bank they replied that flipkart is responsible. Is anyone responsible here? Verified Support Feb 11, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the cash back is not credited. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the cash back amount is not reflecting in customer account. We have requested customer to get in touch with respective bank. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
