A routine story (Or i should say never ending story) of flipkart shipping a defective product and multiple calls with their dumb customer support and their fraudulent system

Specifics:
So i happened to had book a tv on flipkart (Why again on flipkart you ask, because the product is no where else available).. My inner sense was telling i would get a defective product and it was true (May be its just math and the probability is 1 for flipkart shipping a defective one - check below for details).
The tv has wifi issue and immediately raised a complaint with their support (Caution: if you don't immediately get the issue resolved in 10 days, flipkart asks 'who are you'). So they sent a tech guy in the name of tech visit and the person tried to rectify the problem (By unscrewing and doing some stuff inside) and the issue was not resolved and when i asked about replacement he asked to talk to flipkart for replacement.

Now the fun part begins.. Flipkart reschedules the tech visit to 10th day of replacement period as if like nothing happened and was just a glitch in matrix.
When i called their ce (Customer executive) they say it takes 24hours (Flipkart bureaucracy) to get status updated and when i called next day.. They say wait for tech visit to be done.
I mentioned it was already done and wanted to know about the last visit status, though i am talking to a real person and not a bot.. I still get the same reply like a recorded voice which reads what is there on screen.. May be flipkart can simply replace their customer support team with bots..

Lastly i told her (Ce) that i wasted enough time in the last tech visit giving directions to my home and my wife wasted her time instead of feeding my kids who were hungry and crying and i can't take one more visit and want to know what happened in previous visit.. Ce says she will transfer call to her supervisor.. Kept the call on hold for 15 mins.. And hung up on me.. That's the human touch you get.. Ya thanks flipkart.. Now go ahead and tell this story in your ads.


Math: if you don't know how flipkart is the only platform to release or having so many new products than amazon. Its because of its replacement policy.. Sellers/manufacterers doesn't have to worry about quality checking because once the product is shipped it is customer's responsibility to get the defect addressed and if he notices the defect after 10days then its not their problem.. So its profitable on flipkart for sellers than on amazon where customer satisfaction is important and return are allowed and need not be approved by tech or repair.. A normal brick store will address the issue with a replacement and doesn't send service guy with a screw driver to open and repair..

tech visit completed on 23rd afternoon and same day evening Flipkart rescheduled it to 24th. It doesn't want to talk about previous tech visit and how many tech visits it wants.. It wants to use customer house as repair shops for defective products
