[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart order placed but no record of it, customer care not responding. | |||||
I placed an order yesterday evening aug 29th, 2017 and amount of inr 1, 980 was debited from my account and i got confirmation email : "hi customer, Order successfully placed. Your order will be delivered by mon 11, sep 2017. We are pleased to confirm your order no od[protected]. Thank you for shopping with flipkart! And today when i try to track the order, it says: "oops! Looks like this order does not belong to your account." I have called the customer care number: no response The order is not even showing anymore on flipkart's orders page. Awaiting response. Dear sir, I have placed trimanav case cover and it have been delivered on nov 30 a couple of days back I started to use my trimanav cases it was not working properly if I touch the volume button it starts to switch off and on automatically I have this facing this issue.now I decided to exchange in flipkart but in my order it was showing this order does not belong to my account. Really feeling unfair for flipkart

ACTIVE Color Block Bhagalpuri Cotton Silk saree and Adesa Regular Fit Women Purple Trousers and it has been delivered on 1st april, but I would like to return it as quality of material is not good .If I go to my order list to return it, it was showing this order does not belong to my account.
