[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart pay later service

I used flipkart pay later service and bought shoes and monkey cap of amount 910 inr
.
My due date was on 10 jan so i went on flipkart aap to pay my dues and found my account blocked then i called customer care services and ask them to unblock my account or tell me what to do now, they said solution will be given in 48 hours and this happened continues for 9 days i called many times they said we will get back to you abd now i am getting message for legal action against me. This is ridiculous service from flipkart, and my over due fine is also increasing. Please help

Flipkart purchase of WHIRLPOOL RO made online through advance payment from my credit card has not been installed even after 8 days of its delivery at my residence. Flipkart showed 24-72 hours timeline for installation.
