Flipkart — Flipkart Pay later Service Fraud by a Hacker

same thing also happened with me even i have matched the delivery information everything is same: name and address but when i informed that by account was hacked they didnt' take action even till 12hrs after that the hacker placed order after24hrs they deliver that order within 30min but still on being on call they didn't cancelled the order. and after 2 days they call back n now saying you have to give emi. on the delivery day they assure us that dont worry no orde will be accepted and all but they did. flipkart it self is playing frud with us.besied of getting this much same request they are not taking strict action n trying to make customers fool.

Same thing happend with me and another person tooo what is your plan of action

Even for me it happened and i lost 70k because of flipkart carelessness.
Will raise a voice together to get the justice.,

The same issue happened to me on 28/05/2022. No revert yet from flipkart. Asked to wait for 72hrs. Already the hacker has ordered around Rs. 70000. Don't know what to do. I have filed a case in Cyber cell also.

Today on 22Aug 2022 someone taken over my Flipkart account and used my paylater balance. He even changed email id. He changed all the information about the account and I don't have access. Customer support agents are no use . I dropped multiple email till morning to close the account no response. I have no clue what should I do. The fraud had every single information about my account

Hello People any response received from Flipkart for above cases as i also have same issue,
Someone from bangalore hacked my phone and changed my email id on flipkart to his or her email id but could not change my mobile number as I was lucky to restart my phone which disconnect him to monitor my phone later on on same day i I temporary deactivated my account as I checked last time some one used my Flipkart pay later account and ordered apple iphone 13 so i also called customer care & cancel this order,

i have sent messaged to flipkart facebook page no one replied, called customer care & said do not worry, no one can use your account & after 20 days now i am getting sms as i have to pay 6000 rs for using paylater, i ordered HP Laptop, i have my mobile number but did not get any sms for my order for paylater,
no one is giving me answer one this, no one contacted me, just gave me confirmation that no one can use your account

Please people let me know any one got solution for the same
